switched at birth

have any of you seen the story on the news today about the 2 thai children that were accidentely switched at birth?.

they are 10 years old now and their families have decided to let the children decide if they want to swap back again to live with their biological parents.. what would you do if you had a child and discovered that they had been switched at birth?.

would you want to keep the child you had been raising or would you want your biological child back?

You know this is something that I have thought about. I have 2 children a daughter who is 19 and a son who is 11. If I found out that they were switched at birth and weren't mine...Well, they are mine. I would like a chance to get to know the biological child but the ones I raised would be mine for life!

i found it online and thought it would look good in my front living room that we were thinking about painting a deep red.

When I began studing with the JW's I used to wear a cross necklace. I never took it off and I always felt secure with it on. Well, that was one of the first things that I had to get rid of and I hated it. I now have crosses in my home and of course cross jewelry. If you like your cross, enjoy it!

Did you drink to get over being a Witness?

when i first left the witnesses, i had some times of being really pissed at all the wasted time and the way the people acted.

i remember one time, my spouse and i decided to just get ripped.

we did and as we did, we laughed and even cried at times over the issues.

No, I did not but I knew of several in my congregation who did. I remember several couples would get together weekly to play cards and just drink, drink, drink to the point of getting drunk. I also knew of some who would come to the hall with alcohol so strong on their breath that you could get drunk just talking to them. Could never figure out how they got away with that though.

poor jwfacts got sprung when the jw trawlers were able to join the dots.. no, that's wrong - they knew it was him but it took something else for them to be able to prove it.. i am not game to post a bio about myself.

my jw siblings are very litigious.

one even sued another jw for libel.

for a couple of weeks heheheh sorry i couldnt resist.. we are moving into a house hooray i cant wait.

we have outgrown this two bedroom apartment, now we are moving into a 3 bedroom, two bathroom ,large yard, big kitchen house.. and then two weeks after that we go to fiji.. i will miss you all heaps and will say goodbye next week.. .

That wasn't nice of you....I was shocked, not ES leaving! I forgive you though. I am happy that you are moving into a house, it is going to be so great after apartment life. I know. I moved into a 3 bedroom house after being in a 2 bedroom apartment. It has been almost 12 years now and it is so nice, you are going to love it. I wish I could pack my bags and go to Fiji too. Take lots of pictures of the new house and Fiji, and remember to post, post, post! Have a wonderful time. Be safe and Enjoy!
