Conkers !

liam has been a bit disappointed this week 'cause conkers are all the rage at school and he hasn't had any (apart from a couple his friend gave him).

dylan wanted some as well (but he just likes to 'want' what liam does).

so, i promised them that tonight i'd take both off them to get some.. on a bit of an isolated stretch of road on the way to work, i'd noticed a couple of chestnut trees that were well away from housing estates so hadn't been 'hacked to bits' by local kids.

by the way never heard about this game before ...

I've tried some old games with my son but he didn't stisk to them because other children wasn't playing them anymore. One of them is calls "osselets" you can play it with 10 stones : you take them in one hand and you threw them in the air have to put the same hand on the ground and then you have to catch them with the same one hand till you only got one. did anyone play that game when he was a child ?

i just got off the phone to a friend who was at a wedding last saturday.

it was a sad day because the groom had cancer and only had a year or so to live.

they had a family party on the sunday and he died suddenly there.

Yeah it worth to be in a dream. It's awfull to wake up not refreashed, I didn't think about that ...

Well And you know ... That's weird ... I've tried to remember how I felt physically when I was pregnant ... I don't remember !!! ... (weird) ... it's so long ago 22 years already ... times flies ... and my baby is a real man now (I don't even feel like being a mother now sometimes ... and it's a weird feeling ... sometimes I like this feeling and sometimes I don't)

Remembering Names

i deal with over 400 people where i work, and i have trouble remembering names.

everyone knows mine though.

i can remember their ip addresses more easily than i can remember their names.

it happen to me even with PEOPLE that I LIKE A LOT - It's terrible !!!

She works hard for the money

well folks, i am officially a "wal-mart associate".

my job is answering the phone and straighting up the racks in ladies clothing.

i work afternoon-evening, and it hasn't been too bad.. i had to watch several tapes of sam walton cheering on his associates as well as other tapes about proctecting your back, carding for tobacco and so on.
