  Apostates are more all knowing than GOD?

  if "apostates" can predict what jw.org will do (i.e., doctrinal changes, business practices, etc), but jw.org gb is led by god's holy spirit, then yes.

  The Books That Redefined C.T. Russell's Beliefs

  according to wt history, as a youth/young man, ct russell was unsatisfied with a number of explanations he was taught about the bible.

  as a result he went on a quest to 'study' the bible himself.

  ultimately this led to an organization that now requires its members to read bible aids to help them understand the bible.

  How did you find the truth about the truth (TTATT)

  i am sure there has been a post about this subject, however being a recent addition to the network i don't know how to do a search.

  and i'm sure new folks have joined since then.

  i am really curious of how others came to know ttatt.. for me is was a real bad experience with one elder after another.

  Doctrine and Understanding Are Two Different Things

  the subject of this post is the response i got from my spouse when i questioned the material in the watchtower study article for last week, 'this generation'.

  i would have thought that confusing material would have been enough to start a conversation about wt tactics, lies and control mechanisms.

  it did not work.. it's going to be a long haul.... apparently, doctrine has not changed but us imperfect people, including the gb, are still trying to understand j's promise for an earthly paradise.. maat..

  Over 7yrs as a JW and I just found out I'm not supposed to buy Girl Scout Cookies?

  i'm still in the matrix(the truth), but 'morpheus' and his team are valiantly working on a way to get me out.

  in the meantime, everyday i am discovering so much about being a jw i never knew, like don't buy girl scout cookies, that i keep asking myself "what have i got myself into".. maat.

  really lame for a first post, but i figure i should start some where.
