You are suffering from extremes: too much work......100 plus hours a week, plus all that travel is like a 200 hour work week. NO wonder you are depleted.

Can you take 2 weeks off for a vacation and get your much needed rest? Then tell your employer you need to cut down on hours worked each week?

You have so much to offer...so you need to get your rest. And like somone else said: talk to a professional. (please)

What are your reasons for not joining another religion?

i am going to start this debate of by saying that those of us who were raised in the so called truth, and i being one of them, can only come to terms with our past by accepting that our parents infected our minds like a virus infects a computer.

we wouldn't categorise children according to their parents' political stance, since they are too young to make up their minds about such matters.

but they (jw) segregate them from the world.

I consider myself "spiritual"....not religious.

I don't feel a need for a religion. Religions have their own set of rules not even Bible based. I don't need a religion to be "spiritual" or have a relationship with God or his son.

So no, I will never join another religion.

on may 28, 2002, the u.s. television news program, dateline, publicized to millions of viewers the facts about watchtower's deceitful child abuse policies which protect pedophiles who target and molest jws' vulnerable children.

subsequently, this subject caught the interest of media throughout the world who, through careful investigation, substantiated the allegations made on dateline.

I only saw the last 10 minutes of May 2002 Dateline exposing the WTBS pedophile problem. That was a "defining moment" that lead me leaving an unclean organization.

So, I totally believe in Barbara's statement that thousands have left. Many can't openly post on forums for fear of exposure.

Thanks so much Barbara for you research and putting May 2002 Dateline on the history books!!!

Congrats Stilla!

I certainly don't look down on you because you are still "active" in the JW world. I don't think anyone should look down or pass judgement, we all walk in different shoes. Many people go thru the motions to keep their families, nothing wrong with that.

Just got one question for you: How do you make 10,000 posts and your family not know??? PM me the answer if you can't post the reply here.
