  my mother has been through a lot in her life, some bad before the truth, then following through during and after.

  almost all of which she never shared with me until the past few months when i had to have my questions answered to get past the events i was stuck on.

  i feel i am aging in years every month now, and was curious as to why.

  Data dog great post. I know what you mean. It is so empowering for me to know I am not alone in the fight. Many here have similar experiences. Many experiences seem so outragous.

  But we know from experience that those things have happened.

  I know I am not alone and there are people here that can relate and give voice to my pain and struggle even if I can't find the words. I read theirs and I say amen...how did you know my unspoken pain..you reached into my heart and put my feelings in words that I reconize but didn't know how to say.

  I think acknowledging the pain and horror can take away its power.

  im in a bit of a bind and im not quite sure what (if anything) i can do about it.

  i was recently hired as a business consultant for a rather large company.

  the company that hired me mentioned that they are concerned about a certain department and the way its being run, as this department affects every other department in the company.

  Maybe he needs leadership training. How long has he held that position? Maybe you should find out how he got the job. If he was promoted up from a lower position he might be having trouble transitioning from follower to leader.

  MTS & Gilead: Can we talk about how much of a FAILURE these 2 schools were/are?

  i know quite a few from both of these schools who basically crashed and burned once they got into their assignments.

  graduates of these schools would be thrown into foreign territorities or remote areas without a good visible means of support and would get emotionally, mentally, financially burned out.

  post your experiences or of those you know that went to these pitiful excuses for educational institutions..

  All appointed men are being told they have to pioneer now!

  yes, you read correctly..... all appointed men have been told in a new letter that they have to pioneer to "set the lead" whenever there is a "special" campaign month.

  they use some scripture saying that these ones have to show by example.... so for any of us who are appointed and have learned ttatt, it is going to be very hard to fade during this time!.

  How many were victims of child molesters who were members that are still members?!

  Bttt. Please let us know how things are going. I think it is important that new ones see that this is an on going issue. Most JW are not aware of the practice of hiding molesters in the congergation. They think the Elders are there to protect them, they do not realize their mandate is to protect the WT reputation and money. The main reason I visited this site was the child abuse issue and the way the organization mishandles it.
