Flores Díaz was arrested in Barrio el Centro by agents of the Technical Agency of Criminal Investigation (ATIC), where he had a business selling cell phones. According to the authorities, he deceived the young girls by offering them money.

"blood components" or "blood products" are the terms used more frequently by the medical world.
"fractions" implies tiny amounts).

Danish man arrested in Russian raid on Jehovah's Witness service
A Danish national was arrested this week during a police raid in the central city of Oryol, Russia, during a worship service by members of the Jehovah's Witnesses, which Russia recently banned as an extremist organization.
The Dane was identified as Dennis Christensen, according to a spokesman for the religious organization in New York.
Christensen (pictured below) was picked up in the raid Thursday night by Oryol police and agents of the FSB, the successor to the KGB.
The officers also confiscated a Bible, religious literature, laptops and hard drives, according to the SOVA Center for Information and Analysis.

Oh wow...yep, there is nothing culty about having EVERY word scripted!?!?
TBH, I think it's more about the quality - without a clear outline/script, a lot of chairmen often just end up waffling a bit in a mumble - a chairman needs to be clear, direct and positive to have any hope of an audience paying attention - that's true in both jw-land AND non-jw-land.
What is interesting though is how badly the script is formatted - actually it isn't formatted - the lines just run on - which means if the chairman looks up (yes novelty of some audience contact) the person often looses his place in the script.
Actually they expect the Chairman to type/write it all out themselves because there are so many [brackets] where addition information needs to be added and no room has been provided - the problem is...how many chairmen actually do type it all out....

In the Thursday 25 May 2017 edition of Le Soleil newspaper on page 6 it says that despite repeated attempts from her husband, the hospital is refusing to hand over Eloise Dupuis' medical records detailing what happened to her in hospital.
He's having to go to court to get them!
