" with the shrinkage of the mags, and the push to online, how the heck did this go from 39 million to 58 million?.
even with this number, the equity in 2014 went down by a staggering 56 million.. what the heck is going on?.

baptism regional Convention
by antes8080 inhello friends during the weekend i was in the san diego regional convention and the number of baptisim was way down.. there were 51 who got baptise thats the lowest number i ever seen, the attendance was 14,000 plus .

In the early 80's, the convention ratio (Alberta Canada) was consistently 1% of attendees being baptized.
This has steadily declined, and was boosted in recent years by baptizing infants.
The Centennial last year will probably be the end of all growth in western lands.
It will be very interesting to know the Memorial attendance numbers in the west.

If you look at the bottom line, you'll see the following:
If you add or subtract this number year by year to: "Assets less liabilities," the math was working, irrespective of HOW the funds came in or out, or what it was spent on.
So, 2009 ended with $96 million in equity.
2010, add 20 million in "profit" - balance 116 million
2011, add 2 million in "profit" - balance 117 million
2012, subtract 8 million in "loss" - balance 106 million
2013, subtract 15 million in "loss" - balance 90 million
2014, subtract 21 million in "loss" - balance should be about 69 million - however balance is 33.7 million
Putting aside: "how did your 'income' increase by 15 million, and you end up with a 20 million loss (a 35 million difference)?"
Putting that aside as legit, still means that an additional 35 million was removed from the books. -

Does The Governing Body Have Enemies At Bethel?
by Brokeback Watchtower ini would think that a lot of resentment is building up for these for these guys at bethel even though it may not be discussed openly for fear of being abused by the gb in some way.. any way looking at their personality and the extreme phoniness of rubber mouth/face lett, and am#3, and the chicken shit coward leosch who won't even show up in court when subpoena'd to defend his faith or policies, and i'm sure they have many more undesirable traits that repel people instead of attract and that has to work its toll on relationships they have at bethel.. and this shunning thing i'm sure must really erk some at god's house and while they may not be free to voice their discontent i feel it must be building because these guys are complete nincompoops when it come to reality and the only way they know how to give direction is with fear and guilt which i'm sure is rubbing a lot of people the wrong way.. and let not forget the issues that are raise when they stole all the congregations savings and the pledge drive for more cash, ban on higher education, lawsuit pay out and etc.... what is this doing to the relation ship they have with legal and accounting i see trouble brewing right thier in the spiritual pair of dice..

I would think that the average Bethelite could not have any impact.
There must be a layer of insulation - and the higher-ups are either full-in, or at least more concerned with being trapped, and unable to do a real job in the real world.

in another project (last year) using last year, using " four huge 3d printers, yingchuang new materials inc. was able to print the shells of 10 one-room structures in 24 hours and at a cost of only about $5,000 per building.

Went in '04 after the Flames' late playoff run.
The floors were disgusting. Dress shoes would stick because of all the pop and beer on the floor.
Brought my own cleaning fluid and paper towels for the Saturday and Sunday to clean the floors.
