  Are you getting grey?

  although i'm in my early 40's, i still didn't get grey hair yet.

  i may find one or two gray hairs once in a while, but not more.

  same thing with the beard.

  hey everyone, im new haha.

  my name is tom and i live in adelaide, south australia.. and i was bored and i searched for jehovahs witnesses hoping to find something to amuse me and i came across this forum and i thought it would be for like actual jehovahs witnesses (are there still practicing jw's on here?

  when i picked up the paper the other day, i read the news, and a plethora of material relating to the ontario provincial election.

  i quickly skimmed through it, and went to my usual favourite sections.

  but when i went to fold the newspaper back up, on the bottom half of the front page, were two photographs of two canadian soldiers.. .

  I think women traditionally are afraid of being labeled "promiscuous" (sp?). But, this is the new day and age, and women should have no reason to lie. While I am not happy about some encounters I've had in the past, it doesn't change the person I am at this very moment, and therefore see no reason to lie about it. If a man can not understand this, then F* him. I am who I am, and my favorite saying is "love me as I am, or leave me as you found me". In other words, don't try to change me, because you can't. I am the sum total of all my experiences to date, and if you don't like it, find someone else.

  as a jehovah's witness, you know that you cannot practice homosexuality.

  it's considered a sin.

  if your friend or relative revealed that they were gay, you would be obligated to "report" them to the elders.

  To me, people are people, and their sexual orientation doesn't have mean anything one way or another. I have lots of gay friends, and do not see them as my "gay friend", just as my friend. I've never understood why the big deal about someone being gay, it's not like they suddenly grew an extra arm or something. If the act of gay sex itself offends you, well, you don't have to be there for it,do you?
