  GB member Geoffrey Jackson is lying!

  okay, i know the royal commission hasn't started yet.

  but i'm confident enough that he will be telling some whoppers.

  so i thought i'd be the first to get a thread started for something that will begin... very soon now!.

  G. Jackson is a liar. No apology was given after changing their view on vaccination in 1952. Many witnesses faced trials for refusing vaccination. No apology was given after finishing the organ transplant ban. No apology was given after stopping the ban on clotting factors for the treatment of hemophilia. No apology was given after finishing the ban on the civil service for substituting the military service, and so on.

  after reading the answers of geoffrey jackson before the rc, answers like "it is not my field", we may infer that it is possible that this guy is just a puppet in the governing body.

  for instance, raymond franz reported in his books that some of the members of the gb of his time were simply followers of what fred franz thought.

  so, during a decision, if freddy said some thing, many of the members would vote following him.

  After reading the answers of Geoffrey Jackson before the RC, answers like "it is not my field", we may infer that it is possible that this guy is just a puppet in the Governing Body. For instance, Raymond Franz reported in his books that some of the members of the GB of his time were simply followers of what Fred Franz thought. So, during a decision, if Freddy said some thing, many of the members would vote following him. May be it is happening the same thing in the current GB.
  

  For example, suppose that the GB had to approve the following stupid phrase that would appear in the Watchtower:

  All of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not. (The Watchtower, November 2013)

  May be this sentence was proposed by Gerrit Losch, but Geoffrey does not like it because it is too sectarian, however, Thony Morris loved it, and approved it, and so Stephen Lett, and so on. Accordingly, Geoffrey just followed the gang.

  Indeed, in many of his answers, Geoffrey Jackson has misled the RC

  43 Q. So, for example, if they had become inactive or sought
  44 to fade without formally disassociating, and the elders
  45 came to visit and found them celebrating Christmas or
  46 a birthday, they would be found to be in transgression of
  47 the rules, would they not?

  1 A. That is not my understanding. But again, as I said,
  2 it is not my field, that goes into policy with regard to
  3 those type of things, but from my personal experience,
  4 that's not the case.

  G. Jackson said that those policies are not of his "field". So, it seems that he is the watchman of Bethel, instead of a GB member.

  This is a half true. Of course, the Bible does not teach that we must obey what seven men in NY publish in The Watchtower. Nevertheless, the GB says:

  “Persons who deliberately spread (stubbornly hold to and speak about) teachings contrary to Bible truth as taught by Jehovah's Witnesses are apostates.” Pay Attention to Yourselves and to All the Flock p.94

  so i ran into this brother whom ive known for a while and the conversation led into me being invited to come back to the kingdom hall.

  we talked for about an hour during which time i explained to him 607 being the wrong date and a lot of other stuff including the child abuse cases in australia.

  but what i wanted to relate was the last few minutes of our conversation.

  So you can show me facts about 607 and you can show me all the failed prophesies, and point to all those covering child abuse but it’s not going to change what I believe. What I believe has a ring of truth. Me and my family are happy where we’re at and we don’t need to investigate or research anything anymore. I met my wife in the organization, been married 15 years and she’s great. I have two great kids, have a job, home, -----what else do I need? Why would I want to disrupt that?

  Ok, accordingly, stop preaching lies door by door and stop saying that your religion is the only truth. Stop disrupting people by claiming that they will be killed by Jehovah if they do not belong to your organization.

  It’s a big deal to die with a wonderful hope rather than dying believing this life is all there is.

  So, this is why the organization loves to sacrifice infants by the blood ban, only to satisfy the vagaries of a Jehovah's seer: Fred Franz.

  what do you or any apostates have to offer. Do you have an answer why there is so much wickedness? Do you have a solution to stop sickness, suffering, and most of all death?

  So, according to that guy, we must to follow seven stupid elders who work in NY city because they publish answers about how a mythological god will appoint them as kings over the earth for 1000 years, so as to stop suffering and sickness.

  When asked if they consider themselves the spokespersons for God, jackson says it would be quite presomptuous to say they are spokespersons of God, but they DO say they are the only channel of communication of God on earth

  Many times we read in the Watchtower that they claim to be the channel of God. This governing body member is clearly lying.
