McClellan "I think I've exhausted your capacity to get to the real issue". Yes, quite. O'Brien can't conceive a situation where a woman would make a decision.
O'Brien's view of what's wrong:
1) Better documentation for elders about child abuse specifically
2) In initial meetings, that elders should clearly explain options (ie whether to go to police or just leave elders to handle) to victim/guardians/parents.
3) Explaining judicial process better to those involved.

O'Brien defending slavery as long as it follows the NT instructions, upon being asked by McClellan whether they've changed their views on it. "It's more like being a paid employee, not like African slavery during Empire". My head just hit my keyboard a few times.
McClellan's still trying to establish if they have any room whatsoever to re-interpret the bible, and that they do pick and choose which parts they follow.

@Cha ching - just so. Thank you for confirming.
O'Brien confirming WT Oz can't do anything without authority of GB. He's being non-evasive and upfront. No dancing around issue. Hard to argue against their own instructions being read to him without looking an idiot I guess.

Cha ching - it has Rahab in it. Says don't perjure yourself in court but even Jesus withheld all information. Fpund a pro-jw site which has this from it (so maybe accurate in what they have).

I believe she's an assistant to Coyne (sp?), who represents the local elders at the commission. There's photos of her accompanying one or two of them.

cha ching - have you access to the 15th November 2004 WT which describes how to do theocratic warfare but doesn't mention it by name? Was in relation to Jesus using it, from memory. For some reason, can't find it on jw.org.

Monty Baker's counsel rocks. Toole has been saying he'd have no hesitation in going to police. She asks him to confirm that he's never done it and never advised anyone to do it. In spite of having 3 or 4 cases discussed with him every month.
