Why would you expect kids to be able to reason like adults with perspective - I wouldn't.
However, surely teenagers are capable of some independent thought. Plus, encouragement from parents and teachers can help point them in the right direction. I'm not exactly asking for the impossible here.

Good point, Morpheus - the ewoks defeating imperial stormtroopers using primitive weapons ruined ROTJ for me.
I also think that in places, the scripts from all 6 movies sucked but for me the good points vastly outweigh the bad points in the franchise.

BTW in stressing hard work I didn't have mindless drudgery or dead end jobs in mind. I meant people - black, white, rich, poor - should take school seriously and have in mind a career at whatever it is they enjoy. Then, work hard to better themselves and achieve something they can be proud of.

There are some new characters but older versions of Luke, Leia and Han will feature, played by the original actors.

'I served my country for justice for everyone' - justice is a process not a result. People need to either launch an appeal if possible or be mature and come to terms with it. I don't remember white people rioting when OJ Simpson walked free.

I can't help but remember a scene from The Simpsons. Homer and Marge are having problems with their sex life - Marge wants Homer to make more of an effort in the bedroom.
