funny thing is that it actually an embarrassment to him and i'll explain why later.

in exdos it says that jehovah hardens pharaohs heart so that he then refuses to send the israelites away.
this gives god an exhuse to show off some plague skills he has up his sleeve.. so with judas , jehovah puts it into his heart to betray jesus .. so neither one had command of their actions?

So with Judas , Jehovah puts it into his heart to betray Jesus .
So neither one had command of their actions? And yet they were judged on them? Pharaoh punished by drowning in the red sea and Judas by hanging.
Also by the ninth plague Pharaoh agrees to let the Israelites go but... god still hardens his heart again and sends a tenth plague anyway !?? So Pharaoh himself had decided to give in but God wasn't having that! Oh no!
This last plague being the worst of all, the death of all the first borns... so that his name will be known and glorified! What does it say about gods morality that he glorifies his name by killing (amongst others) children and babies?
It is after this unjustified tenth plague that Pharaoh decides to chase after the Israelites ... well that kinda makes sense doesn't it? You give in to this god, you decide to let his people go and the god still goes on plaguing you and kills your eldest kid! Wouldn't you get mad and decide to go after these b@#%@ds?? Teach them a lesson ?
Oh, and when god goes on this genocidal spree he can't tell which houses are the Israelites ones? So they have to paint a bloody sign above the door (!)

This gives house holders in the UK carte blanche to open the door nude etc. After all it's in their own home and the JW's are the ones intruding.
Maybe it could result in jw children not having to go on the ministry?
Seriously read the reader comments on the story, they are all saying that next time they will try that and that it serves the JW's right

by wannaexit ini was reading in another forum, that a letter to the elders instructed them to speak to anybody who persists in wearing tight pants.
if changes don't happen then the instructions are to disqualify him from being a publisher but it won't be announced to the congregation.
i am am curious to see if this letter will surface.

So does this mean some sisters have been wearing trousers? And if a sister does wear trousers to the meetings etc she is going to be (lovingly TM) disciplined?

"The Bunker" WT Conventions 2016 (Gag Me)
by Poztate inin the very near future the gang will be down in a bunker,cellar awaiting the police,military to break in and take them away to camps or executions .
(paranoid much) this is the foretold "prophecy" of the governments turning on religion and saving them for last.since the couple portrayed as simplifying their life by getting rid of a lot of material things is shown to be (about) the same age in the bunker we know it must be any minute now that it will happen.
i have been out for over 35 years and things seem to be getting more bizarre each year.. when did this doctrine really become main stream?

Has anyone been outed by jw health care workers?

i was wondering how common it is for a sinner/apostate to be outed by a babbling jw care worker?
say you went to your dr because you were pregnant and unmarried or wanting counseling for having to live a double life as a pretend jw... and a jw secretary at the drs office saw this on your file and went tattling to the elders?.

I love in the article cited that "Mary" reckons that surely the sister wouldn't want to get her into trouble just because Mary is violating her patient confidentiality??
No! Surely not (!)
This is so that the elders have something to beat the patient/jw who complains about their confidentiality being breached. So it's basically saying that not only is it ok to break the law and code of ethics in this way but also that the summer who gets outed has no right to complain about it afterwards (!)

I am going through the healthcare system currently to try to get counseling for the issues I face as an awake but in JW. I'm concerned about what might happen if I was outed.
When I worked in a hospital years ago I was told by one of the elders to inform them if a jw was admitted so that they could organise visiting and HLC etc. I refused citing the patient confidentiality rules etc and was told off in no uncertain terms "gods law before man's".
