what is your opinion on it now that your out of the wts?
( or slowly kicking the habit... my sons school is having a "roll up your sleeve day" and give blood.....both boys and myself are going to donate tomorrow....they are both trying to reach a goal for the most donated blood in our county...i also am going to donate my time for the day and help hand out cookies and orange juice...... i feel good!!!!

Halloween
by Wordly Andre inthis past weekend i decorated my house for halloween, i know its early but i had a free weekend and i love being the first on my block to decorate, i have celebrated halloween for almost 17 years now, i think halloween and christmas are my most favorite holidays.

Next to Christmas, this is one of my favorite times of year...I get kind of sad though, cause my boys have out grown dressing up...HAving said that though, I almost have them convinced to dress up as an old man and sit on the porch and hand out candy with me so I can see all the little ones dressed up....
I just looooove, seeing the young ones dressed up dragging there tail ends up to the door with their little pumpkin in hand saying "trick or treeeat"...and then checking out there little pumpkin or bag to see what we gave them...soooooooooooooo cute....

well, my pussy cat was killed a week or two ago, and even when he was dead, I still kissed him good-bye...I am still alive to tell the story....

How Do YOU Diet To Lose Weight?
by minimus intypically, by the end of the summer, i usually take off some weight due to good exercise and better eating.
then, in late fall and in the winter, it gets tough again.....what do you do to keep the weight off or if you've put a few pounds on how do you keep them off??

I just have to learn to put the damn fork and spoon down once in a while...
I actually bought a dog that has to be walked every day, rain or shine...
As mush as I love him, and would walk him anyway, he as made me understand the importance of fresh air and keeping the heart pumping...
A high five for Harley......since I have had him, I have dropped about 8-10lbs without even trying to diet...that's just walking a half hour a day (x2)....( the odd time, I have only gotten one walk in for the day..)

Say hello to my brother
by solo ini'd like to say hello to my brother, he's going to be lurking here tonight.. i've been encouraging him to find out about the history of jws and he's been on the internet finding out a few things.
he is as shocked as i was when i found out things about a religion we were brought up in.
he left a little before me in 1986 i think but unlike me wasn't baptized so his exit was a bit different to mine.. we've been chatting on the fone tonight about how different we might have been if it were not for our upbringing.
