  nice to meet u. i have been a lurker on this forum for as far back as i can remember.. i was brought up as a fairly devout jehovahs witness since the age of 5.

  (im now in 20s).

  at the end it will give you your iq.

  granted i could have done better if i wasn't distracted from watching my son, but i guess i did ok. i may take the test over again just to be sure that i was paying attention properly.

  Assemblies suck

  didn't it drive you up the wall how, after a long week of working or going to school, you had to spend your entire weekend at an assembly?

  the saturday and sunday that you could've spent catching up on some yard work, or even relaxing was wasted away by sitting in a bunch of chairs, listening to stuff you've heard many times before.. i know this used to drive me up the wall.

  it felt like i had absolutely no time to myself during these weekends.

  I had to tote five kids, and had a non-JW hubby waiting at home looking for a meal when HE got home from work! What a nightmare! (I used to cook a whole meal and leave it in the fridge BEFORE I started the night before doing all the planning and getting ready for the next morning)

  The only good thing I remember about the assemblies were the fruit bags and soft ice-cream

  oh yeah, and the hottie boys......other then that, they most definitely sucked...
