However, his movies are as much fun as you can have with pants on. Scarface, Any Given Sunday, Natural Born Killers...I'll watch this, too.

everyone has a story about what they were doing and the emotions that followed after the twin towers were hit...what is your story?

I had tuesdays off from class, so I was working at the local paper. Never did doing the sports section seem so frivolous.
Since my desk had the AP wire on it, we got every update as it happened. However, we didn't subscribe to the AP photo service, so I didn't see any pics/video of what happened until after 2 p.m.
I also remember the two gas stations within sight of my window going from $1.12 a gallon (oh, those were the days) to $2.35 as the lines formed. As did about 80% of the stations in town. I pat myself on the back for not getting caught in the hysteria and relying on my half-tank until things died back down two days later.
And we still don't have Bin Laden.
on saturday, september 9th, 2006 i will be running my first 5k (3 miles) race in the freedom run (www.freedomrun.com).
we start running at 8:30 am.
there will also be a 1 mile walk for anyone who wants to support the cause but is not up to running three miles.

3. I'm a sub right now with an interview Wednesday.
4. I took the fall off from reffing. I haven't been able to watch college football in peace for about eight years now, so I'm going to relax now.
5. Our sons get along great.
6. I hate these Bronco fans.
7. Restaurants up here are sooo much better.
8. I went back to Oklahoma Labor Day weekend. I forgot what "humid" was.
9. Might come to Texas in Christmas. Maybe, If Aztec lets me have the car.
