i have been with an in active jw for 6 years, she now wants to marry and have a child, will she want to bring a child up as a witness, she says not but any experiences?

Just been to talk to her she said, she does not want to talk about it as she's in good place at moment in her mind, doesn't want to go back in her mind now as happy doing what she wants, when asked to talk about why not want to go back. but can't say def as does not know how she will feel in 10 years time. But none of us can say what will happen in 10 years I suppose.

Says she no longer feels guilty about sex before marriage and does not want to bring up as a witness. Says she's switched of from pleasing parents as they already know what she's done.

Says they would not come to her wedding if she married a non Jw.

also discussed if she moves on after me, said she will not tell them, just say that Xmas and birthdays are not for her.

I'm shortly going to drop by her apartment to give her some post and her belongings, not sure if it's a good idea but need closure on this. I've written a letter to offer my help so if she refuses I can then say I've done every possible thing I can do for her and wish her the best for the future. I have ordered her the COC book as recommended so hopefully she might read it one day. Thanks to you all.

She wants me to marry her so she can be seen to be doing the right thing I suppose and because she says she wanted to move our relationship on, she has been married twice before to a witness at 20 and non witness at 27, these both lasted less than 2 years. She moved out as she felt guilty living in sin and she and my children don't get on that great, they are now 14 & 10. She was born in to Jw family.

she seem to be running away from everything stuck in middle but still very defensive about Jw issues.

Great tips Youve all made me feel better about myself, thought it was me being over cautious, that's how she makes me feel. She wants me to marry her and because I'm stalling on commitment she has just told me she loves me but wants to get on with her life and find someone who she can have a baby with and get married, I asked her if she was going to go back to meetings, she said not sure. But she said there s a non- Jw at her work she likes who apparently ticks all the boxes! I feel devastated, seems all this for nothing. So have written a letter to her in last ditch attempt to talk her around and ordered a book crisis of conscience, maybe it may help the next guy 😥
