Another get rich quick company conjured up by some rich JW. It looks good on the outside ("oh look how the nice JW's take such good care of the elderly") but the reality is what is on the inside. "Whitewashed graves full of dead mens bones."

Years ago WT and JW's kept their mouths shut. Not anymore. They are the most pompous and arrogant bunch. You can just see the change in everyone's demeanor. I guess that is their message of judgement. Lol

I saw this this morning. The cult is turning ugly and hateful. Give it time, it's catching up with Watchtower. You don't sell Kingdom Halls when the numbers are increasing. So many new ones are joining these forums on a daily basis. I joke with my husband all the time, "it's not only loosers like us leaving, it's the Uber's too. Elders, pioneers, circuit overseers oh my. Hang in there everyone and be patient, we believe there is soooo much more coming and we want a front row seat.

Great post. Thank you for sharing. I found it interesting how he spoke about the JW's dehumanizing. What a great word to describe it.

Relaxed rules toward oral sex?
by Socrateswannabe inthese people won't state anything definitively, but here's an excerpt from the study article entitled "making christian marriage a success", in the august, 2016 watchtower.
it does make me wonder.. although the bible does not provide specific rules about the kinds and limits of love play that might be associated with natural, sexual intimacy, it mentions displays of affection.
(song of solomon 1:2; 2:6) christian marriage partners should treat each other with tenderness.

Forced to Choose Between Beliefs and Family
by Roger Kirkpatrick in[please feel free to share.].
forced to choose between beliefs and family.
“no one should be forced to worship in a way that he finds objectionable or be made to choose between his beliefs and his family.” that statement appeared in an article entitled “is it wrong to change your religion?” in the july 2009 awake magazine, published and distributed widely by jehovah’s witnesses.. nearly everyone reading that statement would consider it to be mere common sense.

What was WT thinking when it put this in the ragazine? It just goes to show you how they talk out of both sides of their mouths! Idiots! And we are supposed to try and use logic with these people? NOT!

Good for you Dub!
It's funny you ran into someone that studied and felt something was off. I spent my entire JW life feeling that "something just isn't right." I used to tell my spouse that on a daily basis. "Something is just not right" is a true understatement. So happy to free!

Have you noticed this trend on social media amongst witnesses...?
by stuckinarut2 init seems that every 2nd witness often posts pictures of themselves at conventions, or out in 'service'.
but i have noticed that they never seem to post anything about the actual "spiritual content" of their activity!
instead, it is pictures of them with their witness "friends", along with some contrite comment like #bestlifeever (arrghhh).

It's a social club! All about appearances. You would be surprised how many drink in excess and are on every form of anti depressants when they return home. We know a bunch, including family.

You know how most JW men gotta keep the little woman in line. Lol
Like Rutherford said..."a hank of hair and bag of bones." My husband and I joke about that saying all of the time.
Ya just gotta laugh at them, they are sad. "Best Iife ever?" Standing around at a cart is the best life ever? Maybe if they keep repeating that, they will start believing it.
