Yes, we told family that we were not attending. Things just have not been the same since. We refuse to enter a Kingdom Hall or JW event.
If JW's feel they can not, in good conscience, enter a church or church event, then they must also respect our decision. We know they won't respect us but it was a good thought. lol
exposing "bottlegate" could suppress donations limiting the $ resources that can be used to spread this hateful cult .
I hope so.
How many JW's are working low paying jobs, just so they can drop their meager wages in WT's donation box? How many will get pissed that old Tony is buying top shelf booze? Most will not even hear about it but how many are on the edge of leaving this corrupt/abusive cult.

How many Elders have sat outside of someones home? Waiting for "proof" that 2 people spent the night together. Is that not "speculation." The Elders would say, "well, how did it look?"
I don't really have a problem with the booze. It's the amount of money spent on the booze. I don't care if it came out of WT's coffers or his own pocket. This cult has been poor mouthing it and begging for donations. This money could have been put to better use. It's like giving money to a friend because he needs to buy food or pay his rent and you find out he spent the money to go on a cruise.
The tables are being turned on WT and they don't like it. Too bad. How many innocent people have been on the wrong side of a JC table. How's it feeling WT to be on the wrong side of the table? As the Elders would say...IT JUST DOESN'T LOOK GOOD!!

This is a man who can sit there and condemn and shame people for doing everyday things. Going to college, sending their kids to college, the list goes on and on. He has no problem judging and I have no problem judging him.
