What I find interesting about celebrating the Memorial is that Christ asked that we continue celebrating his death.
He did not say celebrate my death on this specific date, at this specific hour.
I realize traditionally (Christ and Paul condemned traditions of men) special occasions are celebrated annually many times on a specific date but wouldn't this be holding to the traditions of men i.e. this world?

She is a psychologist who spent half her career trying to prove there was something substantial behind reports of supernatural events. After many years she stopped her investigation completely. Every incident without exception turned out to be a case of exaggeration, delusion or deceit.

If God does not exist, how is it that people believe in spiritual entities?
Movies, books, songs, and websites are inundated with true stories of these mysterious beings existing with many of their actions being filmed and recorded.
Why are people afraid of something that is not supposed to exist yet does?
In effect, if these spirit beings do exist, then God must exist by default?

we are in need of a 2009 awake bound volume to complete the magazine project for avoidjw.
i have been able to scan 2 issues which are october and december, but we are in need of the other 10 issues for that year.

i found the following story while researching the jw mindset and subsequent behavior due to their weekly exposure to mind control techniques.
the story is a bit old but it does speak volumes in terms of the mental anguish the average jw teen must endure as a jw.
