Many love Jehovah (Psalm 83:18). Those who do so will, as said, hear His voice in the Bible and be comforted. The evil doings of the apostate "Governing Body" of humans and their allies in darkness are not His doing, but rather He is our loving heavenly father.

Jehovah Himself has not done these horrible things, but they are bad fruits of an apostacized Governing Body and others who prefer humans over Jehovah.
Watchtower-appointed elders are too often preying on children and adults in the kingdom halls and communities where they live
