Hey confu, I think you're making a bit of a blunder of the situation

I don't think the point is whether she's hot or not and you current girl is so so. I'm not sure. Heck I haven't seen either of them. Speaking from experience, Im close to same age as you, 28. I left the Borg bout 5 years ago. I've had relationships in the Borg and outside in the 'world'. And I can say that worldly women seem to have their heads screwed on properly. They go to college and they know the game more than us in most cases. I use to be engaged to a sister when I was 20, (because as you know, everybody gets married in the troof about that age, just to get laid), and she was a stunner, absolutely gorgeous!

Well anyway we were together for bout a year, but due to circumstances things didn't work out. Why? Because it was lust not love. The same situation happened with alot of young brothers and sisters. My friends who were in the Borg, simplied got married quickly just after meeting a hot sister at the assembly. 3 months later they'd get married, (to get laid). Believe me my friends marriages are so screwed up and it's worse when kids are involved.

I'm currently living the best girl in the world, she's smart, beautiful and has a load of common sense. More than all the girls I knew in the troof combined. But it's your life mate, just let the big head do the thinking and let the little head do the fun!!!

you know... last year i chickened out... but i'm thinkin there's these two trees in front of my old hall... and they look just like xmas trees... god, wouldn't it be funny if...?

if we had a mass movement and bunch of apostates went to as many kh in their cities and threw some decorations up?

i wonder if the dubs would think it's the end of the world!

hey dont get me wrong about this, but.... i've been disfellowshiped for 5 years now, (yippee!!!).

i've been enjoying my freedom to the max, believe me, plus i want nothing to do with the borg ever.

but i did the craziest thing today.. while at work, my buddies and i were just chatting away about life and stuff, as bored guys usually do.

I've been disfellowshiped for 5 years now, (Yippee!!!). I've been enjoying my freedom to the max, believe me, plus I want nothing to do with the Borg ever. But I did the craziest thing today.

While at work, my buddies and I were just chatting away about life and stuff, as bored guys usually do. Anyway, the subject of Jehovah's Witnessess came about because we noticed them across the street preaching, and my buddies started telling me their opinion on them. Well my colleagues have no idea that I was brought up as a Dub, or that I use to be one either. To cut a long story short, they were saying some crazy stuff, "They get paid by the hour to do that work, that's why they're always out and about",or "The reason why they don't accept blood is because it's too beneficial for their health and they have to live like sick people in order to be God's people" and my favourite "I heard they can have 2 wives (I wish)". And on and on they kept going, I was just laughing very discreetfully.

Well anyway morning turned into lunch, and it started to become the topic of the day, it was getting on my nerves! That's the joy of not being in the 'Troof', you don't have hear about the crap anymore! Well after hours of my work buddies tell me 'they do this' and 'they do that'. I just snapped and started defending 'the Troof'. Could you believe it!!! My brain went into reverse, and I started having a heated debate on their beliefs, just like I use to do with the rest of my non-believing family!

As I was driving home, I said to myself,'WHAT THE HELL WAS I DOING!?!?!?!?!..........DOH!!!!!!!!!'
