  Has anyone else recently been contacted by a once close JW friend or relative? Could this be a new JW tactic?

  hmmmm...yesterday my long life friend called my landline after many years of silence.

  now the shock has subsided, i am wondering if i can forgive and forget the fact she chose not to keep in touch throughout a time in my life which was very stressful.

  sadly, i gathered that she is still involved with jehovah’s witness faith.

  Concept faithful discreet slave

  according to the "new light" the faithful slave class appeared after jesus came 1914 (rather 1918 he inspected the temple) and was bestowed with assigement to provide spiritual food.. there are a number of problems with this new concept:.

  how did russel and co found out about certain unique teachings diffferent from mainstream christendom?.

  option 1) apparently by himself, as there was no fds at his time.

  Along the same lines of parable v prophesy, wasn't there recent "light" that stated the former "evil slave class" was now considered a parable since the type anti-type interpretation was shelved? Wouldn't that make the "faithful slave class" a parable by their own interpretation? How do they rectify the disparagy? Does anyone have a current clarification? Just wondering.... kinda confusing.

  She's here and early! 27 weeks 1day.

  so as of july 2nd my wife delivered by c-section our little one pound, three ounce daughter izabella.

  it was a very scary night that started with a decel and turned into multiple decels that greatly concerned the doctors.

  by early morning they felt the need to take her for her safety.

  i remember about 5 years ago reading on another site about subliminal images in wt literature.

  i honestly thought it a load of bs until i checked out one glaringly obvious image of a creepy skull in clouds within the knowledge book.

  i was shocked and even showed my wife at the time who thought it was creepy.. so my question is why?

  to your pount, Orphan Crow....images 5 and 6 down from the top. I actually bought an original Creation book because of this topic and image to see it for myself after reading a talk by one of Ray Frank's friend, Peter (something) about If Jesus chose this group to represent him then why? What were they publishing? This one is booty banging right there at Calgary and not subliminal and definitely hot off of Rutherford WT presses, Confirmed! It was the big eye opener for me...Slave is a parable and WT not special and therefore no authority over me. Case closed for me. I have the book and happy to shove it in anyone's face who asks why I left.

  i got it from a friend of mine in a german congregation.

  he told me the book is not available until now, because the revised bible haven't been released in german.. to all congregations.

  They wouldn't. They don't care he was an asshole creepy husband and today would be jailed for date rape either; or a snake oil salesman with multiple failed business ventures all documented with public legal documents. The cult personality reminds me of kids who stand there with their hands over their ears singing lalalal I can't hear you ....nasty apostate. It doesn't matter that the Bible describes the apostate as a denier of Jesus Christ coming in the flesh.
