  Assembly Assessment increased 300%

  while at the assembly, when reading the financial statement, i noticed our expenses went from $2500 to almost $9500 so i questioned an elder and said that the assessment per publisher is at $10.50 for all in the us branch territory.. he added this helps the society know how much is coming in and helps them plan out future projects!.

  The desert god is a real A hole in this weeks bible reading

  so this week dubbies read that the mean bad philistines were punished by the desert god for having his ark.

  can anyone confirm they seem to be having disagreement writing dept and service dept some feel that df ok as long as you do not add wholesale across the board shunning regardless of the sin ..

  it would be a good compromise if they just ban DF people from making comments or giving talks and maybe even discussing spiritual matters with others in the cong. then allow the DFed person talk to people in the cong as normal human beings.

  WT is trying to scare off memorial partakers

  i don't know how many of you still participate in the sunday wt study, but i unfortunately still do.

  even though i was asleep half of the time, i did notice something i thought i should share with the rest, in case you haven't noticed.

  a lot of the paragraphs were worded strongly against partaking and used clear language of intimidation and discouragement toward anyone thinking of partaking.

  there are some over zealous new ones that think they are going to sit in heaven with Jehovah and Jesus! fkn nut jobs.

  I heard there was a 14 yr old girl in India that ate and drank the "emblems". I want to go and meet her one of these days.

  our watchtower conductor and head elder went into some BS about how the NWT says this "means" my body while other translations say this "is" my body. I didnt get his point.. is he trying to say that JWs changed the bible's intended meaning?
