Goodbye Fred...
by hillary_step inor should i say goodbye folks.
my posting days on xjw sites are over.. thanks to everybody for making this place so vibrant, informative and at times invigorating.
an special thanks of course to simon and angharad, of whom too many expected too much and who, despite our differing viewpoints at times, have been trustworthy friends to me.

What? Just like that? You can't just up and leave that quick! I always read and will miss your posts.
I hope you change your mind and stick around. Your wit always amused me and I would often show your posts to my wife to get a chuckle out of her.

Because JW doctors know this, and because these are rightly concerned about retaining their medical licenses, JW doctors take precautions with JW patients in the event that one needs a transfusion to prevent premature death and decides to accept it after treatment begins.
Marvin Shilmer
If you dont mind, what kind of precautions would you be talking about?

Question for Jcannon.
by Asheron inhello my friend,.
i was reading through a few of your past posts in an effort to get to know the christ better and i have a question.
according to one of your posts from 2003 you tell us that being publically ridiculed or disbelieved by apostates is a fullfilment of prophesy.

The "Tree" of WHAT?
by Farkel inthe account of adam and eve as a literal event is so full of logical contradictions that it is mind-boggling.
it only takes a minimum of scrutiny to discover that fact, too.. there is something god did not want adam and eve to know.
he didnt want them to know the difference between good and evil.
