  even though you have left the faith and after reading crisis if conscience etc and you konw it is not the truth and would never go back do you still misss some of your friends in there.

  i was in it for 42 years from birth and it still upsets me that my lifelong fiends have vanished.

  we are making new friends, but i actually liked a lot of these people.

  Hi Fleaman. I agree. I work in an office on the docks and today a group of Witnesses were visiting the ships. One person was a relative of mine and i must admit I simply thought what a waste of time.

  Then your brain goes in reverse and you think well they could be doing worse or at least they are teaching about God.

  I honestly beleived it.

  Due to the generation teaching it had to be before 2004. Didnt take pension etc. Totally duped and after 2 years at last recovering.

  I am 44 and left at age 42. i was born a Witness. Elder and took circuit assembly items.

  my wt library cd rom wont work on my computer.

  Am I totally paranoid or what. I have been witing my life story on the computer and wanted to put some watchtower literature quotes in the story. My WT library CD Rom wont work on my computer. It comes up with usually abnormal program termination. Ok I thought maybe faulty CD as I havent used it for a while. Took the CD to work and it works perfectly!!. Am I paranoid or is this a computer problem or has the WT sabotaged my computer and put a block on their Cd?

The weird thing is i took the cd to work and loaded it on my work computer and it works perfectly. Now am I paranoid or is it a computer problem or have the WT done something to my computer. Or has the Devil got me so much he is stopping me looking at the true spiritual food?

  " for some of us many years how do any of you come to terms with faith in god or serving god or whatever you want to call it.

  i still find this difficult as i really did think i was serving god, but now i know i only thought that because i was told it was the only way
