  took long enough, don't you think?

  i've always had a difficult time telling people i was a dub, even back in the day.

  it always turned out the anxiety was completely on my side, my friends never thought it was a big deal.

  No need to explain unless your conscious says, OK, spill the beans. I never have nor will I ever. If the subject surfaces and asked a direct answer, I will answer, till then, I will keep silent. Besides to me it's not a big deal, what's the secret? I'm always willing to compare and exchange skeletons in closets but most are not.

  when people are faced with being a victim of a crime or other wrongs, it changes them.

  it produces in them the need for accountability.

  such victims are told to "forgive" by letting go and that the forgiveness is for their own healing, even if the one causing harm has not shown sorrow or regret.

  My Dad died this evening

  i thought i would let you know that my dad, passed away a little while ago, tonight, january 23. they called me at 6pm to tell me.

  he had been failing rapidly for the past month, and had completely lost his hearing and was totally blind.

  the dementia was extreme too, and he still knew me on thursday, but didn't wake up to know me in the following days.
