The late FDR had a good line, "Nothing happens by accident, if it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."

Rules
by onacruse inrules (speaking in the human sense) were developed since adam first met eve, and have been evolving ever since.
many such rules eventually become laws, though most are first subsumed as "natural" behavioralism.. rules (speaking in the theistic sense) are dictated by a higher moral being.
these rules become inexorably encrusted with age and superstition.. rules (speaking in the practical sense) are "what works for the time, and people of that time.".

I've spoken on this topic once before. My best example is golf. I would have your head spinning if you took the time to read the golf rules. Don't be frigthened, I'll make it short, "golf rules are designed to save you strokes!"
When playing competitive golf, if your no sure of a ruling, you play two balls. If there's an official on the course get a ruling, if not, after the round. Never sign your scorecard without first getting a ruling, NEVER. The results can be damaging.
Yes, rules and laws differ. Just remember, golf rules are designed to save you strokes, not to hinder or hamper your game. The game was made to be enjoyed. Take it from there.

personally, i do not like cinema films about the holocaust and, therefore, have never watched things like shindler's list or the pianist.

Avi, what revisionist books? Just because I read something and quote from it, it doesn't mean I believe it.
Do you want me to read books to your liking? There are tons of golf books on the market I don't tell you which one to read.

Avishai & Narkissos. The following are a few books worth viewing, one is "facts are facts" by Benjamin Freedman and the other is by Des Griffin, "Anti-Semitism and the Babylonian Connection."
I believe the following link has them.

I took the "1914 Generation" prophecy seriously. Did you?
by nicolaou ini was born in 1964, a convenient 50 years after 1914. even in my early teens i was doing the sums.
i had a worse case scenario figured out - if the 1914 generation could apply to babies and even if they lived to be a 120, i would still only be about 70 years old after they'd all died!
i figured that i was part of the first wave of 'jehovah's people' that really would live to see the new order - guaranteed!!

You ask, '...do we need to know?' Whether we do or not, what influence do we presently have over past history?
To those who want or need to know the puzzle of history, YES!
