  International Freedom Fest going strong

  we are having so much fun talking with everyone.

  there are about 30 here tonight, and we just had dinner, ...............chicken on the bbq, coleslaw, and lots of good appetizers.. angharad, and "her ladyship" (also known as englishman's wife), and inky are in the hot tub, and there are little groups of conversation going on all over the house and outside on the deck.. cruzanheart, bigtex and sixofnine got here a few minutes ago.

  there are 8 from england so far, including a very nice couple who were on my flight from atlanta.. several of us went out on joy and steve's big sailboat for several hours and it was so fun, and relaxing.. tomorrow we get ready for the big halloween party.

  Glad everyone got home safely. It was so great to meet everyone and see others again, we have enjoyed being here sooooo much !

  An Apology ...and the Face of Terror

  first, i must make a public apology to simon for labeling him a "beer wimp" in my last thread.

  i discovered last night at dinner that the only reason he ordered coors light was because he didn't know what it was!

  simon's beer ordering habits are now improving and i feel confident that the reputations of british beer drinkers everywhere will be salvaged (we've at least got him ordering amberbock now .

  Yeas !! Passed the last exam ... got my MCAD !

  i took another exam this morning and passed it (despite being destracted from my one night of revision by a programme on 'centrefolds' last night .

  070-229: designing and implementing databases with microsoft sql server 2000 enterprise edition.

  070-315: developing and implementing web applications with microsoft visual c# .net and microsoft visual studio .net.

  We are buying the kids costumes when we get to the US, we are going to have look at something for ourselves but not sure what ! First time we have done anything like this - I think I'll have to find some horns and tail for Simon
