he told me that the thread he started yesterday tell me what you think of certain posters had been locked because some people though the bantering between he and i was serious.

First, Minimus agreed to inaugurate the Watchtower lesson comments and that got kicked out and now this.

There was absolutely no issue with Minimus and his WT comments thread - its still there so I dont know why you think it got "kicked out"

The issue was purely with V wanting to use a duplicate account that a number of people had access to and could post under. There is no issue at all with the posting of the watchtower commentary. Only the use of shared or duplicate accounts and this is nothing new to the forum.

What is going on??

You know full well that you started a topic yesterday petitioning to get WT Comments account back. You knew this was being dealt with in admin because Simon PM'd you. You decided it wasnt happening quick enough and started a topic which was then removed to the admin section. Your account was resticted which is standard procedure in this sort of situation to stop you just starting another while it was resolved.

I am trying to post the fully formatted version of WT Comments. Please stop crippling my efforts.

No one is trying to cripple your efforts just have a bit of patience.

The topic you started yesterday petitioning for WT comments has not been deleted, only removed so it still counts towards your limit - try again in about 3 hours and your should be able to post !

OK we also have a pot luck going - one kind person has contacted me and said that they would love to send a gift to someone but doesnt want to receive - so I have got Simon to point at random to my list and that person will receive an extra gift.

I think it would be good if the text of the WT Comments be left here and on the other website. Also, I dont think the indexing service Simon has set up for the Search Feature on JWD will work if the WT Comments is in an embedded page. (Please correct me if I am wrong Simon, I don't know for certain) That would be too bad to lose access to the WT Comments being available in the archives. I have seen links to news articles disappear after only a short time after the hosting web site cycled the story out.

That is correct. If a copy of the text is posted (with a link to the original) then it will be indexed and searchable. Also, V has requested a 'best of' section for WT Comments but I would be reluctant to do this for IFRAMEd content.

Cat pee

omg i'm so pissed at my cat baby.he has this thing he does when the cat box needs changed.he pees on my clothes and on my bedding.i usually don't know he's doing it till it's to late.. last week i had just changed my bedding and put my 300.00 comferter on my bed for winter.i just climbed in my bed to go to sleep.my cat gets up on the bed and pees on me.. i know what your thinking get rid of the cat he's got a problem.but i can't who would adopt a cat who's a known pee er?

?he only does this when the cat box is really bad.i'm usually on top of it but there are times when i get home and i'm too tired to change the cat box.. so now i'm trying a new cat litter.i tried feline pine.now i'm trying a cat litter made of recycled news paper.it's called yesterdays news.so far i like it better then feline pine because i hate the smell of the pine cat litter.it smells like i have giant hamsters living with me.. now i'm left with cleaning up the pee smell out of my comferter.i bought some vinager because another poster told me it gets pee and other oders out of fabric.i'm soaking the comferter in it now and i will leave it soaking till monday.my comferter is too big to just throw in a washer and wash.i need to take it to a laundry mat and put it in a washer that can wash 4 loads at once.. does anyone else have any tips for me.number one to get the smell out if the vinager doesn't work and number two to get him to pee where he's supposed to..

I like the idea of training the cats to use the toilet - but I remember how hard it was to train my kids, never mind a cat And one of our cats isnt exactly the brightest thing so I'm not sure how sucessfull it would be.

Our cat does the same thing, but she will go on the bean bag (probably because it moves like litter) or if a plastic bag is left lying around she will use that - she is the same and only does this when the litter box needs changing.

Its almost like she is saying "I'll teach you not to change my box".

The annoying things is she will sit there and watch me change the litter, as soon as it is done and I step back she hops in a squeezes a bit out - does it everytime

I think bicarbonate of soda is good for getting smells out of fabric, although I've not tried it. I use Febreze too.
