Chariklo - I am not saying that you cannot discuss the topic or defend Mother Teresa. What I am objecting to is that you are again trying to turn this into a personal arguement about others on this forum. It wasn't a member of this forum that wrote the article ! It was brought here for discussion. But you are again bringing up past arguements, and you are again bringing up something that happened on a completely different forum to this one.

Faith... and Trust: The Same Things?
by AGuest inin a discussion with some other dear ones, the question was asked as to what such ones put their faith in.
in response to one comment that"one can't function without faith," another disagreed, stating ones can, that "many do so every day... the ones who have trust" (in things like the sun rising in the east versus the west).
that trust extended to "faith" based "on nature and the natural order of things.

{{{{{ However since the owners of the board seem intent on supporting your tirades and trying muzzel anyone who attempts to question your bitchy nature.}}}}}
Utter bullshit - we have taken action on BOTH sides of this debate, you just choose to read what suits you and you have NO idea what happens behind the scenes
Personal attacks on both sides are not acceptable. Shelby lost her temper and did say something that was insulting but you seem intent to ignore what prompted it.
{{{{{ou shouldnt even expect a response to a PM. You'll just be banned with a smart ass remark or something and everyone else will simply know crossing some people isnt allowed. All animals are created equal, just some more equal than others. And the bigger and more rediclous your visions and the longer and more pointless your posts, the more "equal" you are evidently .}}}}}}}
You seem to be going out of your way to make trouble and be insulting, it sounds like you would like to get yourself banned to prove your rediculous point.

There is no need for your comments to be so personal against Aguest - if you don't like her forum don't go there. We are not going to allow this forum to be a place to attack and insult people that go there. It's an internet forum, end of story all this talk of it being a cult and a church is just ridiculous, we will not be allowing stuff from over there to be brought here for the sole purpose of ridiculing it and the people that post there.

The small group of evangelical atheists here display many (not of course all) of the characteristics of the JW's that many of them once were - Chariklo
I think this is a huge generalization and completely inaccurate these sort of comments are just going to cause more bad feeling. I think this thread needs to get back on track, it was started with good intentions and there has been some excellent posts, it's a shame some people cannot let things go and move on.

"He who loves me will OBEY my commandments...
by AGuest into the household of god, israel, that is on jw.com, and all those who 'got with' them:.
may you have peace!.
because israel has, at this 'season' fallen asleep with regard to many 'things' that our lord, the son of god, jah-eshua mischa-jah ("jah saves"; messiah - "chosen of jah"), 'commanded' us to teach others (matthew 28:20), i am compelled by the spirit of my father, the holy one of israel, jah of armies (psalm 68:4), that is in me, by means of my lord, to remind israel of one of such commandments.. on the night that he was put to death in the flesh, our lord gave a commandment, to which he stated "keep doing this in remembrance of me.

Christ's 'silence' on slavery.
by tec inone of the accusations against christ that some people make to me from time to time is that christ never spoke out against slavery, and so he must condone it.. i would submit that slavery (the forcible enslaving of your fellow man)... is not the root problem.
it is merely a symptom of the root problem.
christ came to deal with the root.

I only speak for me, but I *think* a large portion of the community don't want you, me, NC, Sab, Shamus, Mrs. J, Elaine, CA, KS, SBF, Tec, Shelby, Cedars, Outlaw, Moshe, WT Wizard or anyone else banned.
My comment earlier was based on Palm saying NC was about to get deleted because a "believer" was out to get her, that is what I wanted her to backup - why would the whole list above suddently be in danger of being banned. People are banned based on their actions, nothing else that is the point here.
