  Calling all Los Angeles folks

  as some of you know, i commute from phoenix, az to los angeles for my job.

  it will last thru january.. several of us have been unsuccessful in getting together thus far, but came up with a plan during a weekend i am there.

  i will be staying over thru the weekend of january 4th, in the hotel in el segundo, http://www.embassysuites.com/en/es/hotels/index.jhtml?ctyhocn=laxeses .. the hotel has a happy hour from 530pm to 730pm, guests are included.

  i remember when i first wrote my life story on this website and only one person responded to it.

  i remember getting really pissed off.

  naaaa... why get mad? A post should be made to be shared, not to see how many people reply to it. If I were to worry about replies, I wouldnt post anything serious. Those get the most.

  Funny thing I just remembered.. thanks Joy...

  When released from jail, my parole rules stated, among other things, that I could not associate with people convicted of like charges.

  When my probation officer from the first DUI told me I had to go to AA meetings, I showed him my parole rules from the second DUI.... and since AA was populated with mostly DUI offenders, I couldnt go without taking a chance on going back to jail.

  He about shit.... and I never went.

  We were told the same, low percentage of the folks actually stick with what they learn. I had stayed in touch with several of those in the class and they didnt stick with it after all. Its a shame, but not my problem.
