  i see from my international style diary that you're having a holiday today.

  so here in the far flung parts of the southern climes, we'd like to wish all our canadian fellow posters all the best for today.

  Canada is a great country. To bad that the Watchtower Corporation abuses the rights of many Canadians. My consciente does not allow me to teach that the Watchtower is a loving organization. I also beleive that it is a False Prophet. Should I live my life in fear of being persecuted (called an Apostate, enemy of God) for exposing some relegious conartists?

  Blood Card

  i remember every time i had to renew my blood card my book study conductor always told the group that in case of a medical emergency if the doctor asks why you dont want to accept blood transfusion we should never say that because the watchtower says so.

  he told us that we should say that we dont want blood transfusion because it is our religious conviction.. i was a little bit upset about this because i know i would never come to that conclusion on my own.

  i accepted this do to the fact that the watchtower pressured me to do so.

(Imagine if I would have expressed my concern to anyone. I would have been marked right away and get the silent treatment from my loving brotherhood. It really makes me feel that the Watchtower is responsible for pressuring its members to risk or give up their lives.

  Anybody had this experience?

  And I also find it quite dishonest on their part that when they write an article on how to identify an apostate they always mention that apostates attacking the organization for its stand on the Blood Transfusion issue. It is definitely not coming from the Bible.

  it seems like to me the majority of people who are in the truth, are were in the truth was a result of either a family member are a friend witnessing to them and not many seem to have been found in the door to door work.. from my years of associating with the borg i cannot recall many coming in the truth from the door to door work.. how were you sucked in?

  for me it was my aunt who has now even though i am not disfellowshipped decided to write me out of her will to the tune of about $150,000.00 (maybe i should hang around a couple more years)dont think i will.. please respond .

  i read a couple of books on cults.

  they all claim that cults use sleep deprivation to burn their members out, to make them more vulnerable to mind control.. lots of jehovahs witnesses are janitors, working nights and go out in service during the days.

  it seems to be the case here in canada and if i recall it correctly from your posts it is so in the usa too.. i was just wondering if jws were encouraged by the watchtower to bee janitors.

  Lot’s of Jehovah’s Witnesses are janitors, working nights and go out in service during the days. It seems to be the case here in Canada and if I recall it correctly from your posts it is so in the USA too.

  I was just wondering if JWs were encouraged by the Watchtower to bee janitors. (I went to the meetings during the nineties, I don’t know much about the old things.) It may be their sneaky way to submit JWs to sleep deprivation.

  like metatron, i would like to know the facts that exist to prove that in the time of rutherford, bethelites and others got regularily serviced at a local brothel (as stated by barbara gazzutis in her book).

  if similar stories exist today, i would be glad to know about them as the wts takes delight in expossing jim swaggart and others!
