anyone who's tech savvy know how to build a blog site using dreamweaver mx???
i'm trying to find information on google but no luck and some are just too high tech written for me to understand.

Whatever is cheaper...lol. If it were legal I'd have my wife dig a hole in the woods behind the house and bury me there. That way it's free!
When I am dead, my body will just be meat (as mentioned on another thread). Just a bunch of proteins and stuff that will eventually turn to "dust". I personally see no reason to become an ornament (whether it is on a mantle or in a field of graves).
I want people to remember me for who I was, and what I did, rather than for the pretty marble stone crammed between corpses in a highly fertilized field!
Just my opinion though...

I'd just like to thank you all for being you. Every single one unique, and beautiful in your own ways. You have all made me feel very welcome here, and even changed me in some ways. You are all true friends. There are a few, however, worth an especially honorable mention. If you aren't included, I apologize, I love you anyway! (In alphabetical order)
Arrowstar: What an amazing woman you are. Strong, funny, intelligent... Your kindness in hauling me around Dallas was much appreciated.
Gumby: Mate, you crack me up. You were totally different at the 'fest than I had imagined, actually a pretty deep guy. I didn't get to talk to you near as much as I would have liked tho. Maybe next time we share a room, huh?
LittleToe: There are no words for how much I appreciate the things you have taught me. A true mentor... selfless, humble, and wise beyond belief. Oh and patient.... boy are you patient. You certainly follow the command to "Let your light shine". Thankyou buddy.
Valis (and CSG): Hmmm... words also escape me here, but for a whole other reason... lol. Seriously though mate, no-one has ever showed hospitality like you guys. And I am still gutted that I didn't get to come fishing with you. Also, thanks for suggesting using fresh tomatos and steak meat for the chili, I still worry to this day that I only won because of that.
Xena: Beautiful, witty, sarcastic, but loving. Thanks also for what you have done for me... helping to make me feel more like part of this family than ever. Thankyou for being a true friend in Dallas, and being a friend no matter how grumpy I was. And did I tell you that you have amazing eyes?
And finally I'd like to thank Simon for making these friendships possible in the first place.
I love you all, thanks for helping me become a better person. And to all who were not mentioned, thankyou all for making me feel ecstatic, sorrowful, and everything in between.

well, i just finished building my first model airplane from scratch.
all in all, it has taken probably a little over 20 hours to construct, cover, and finish.
i have got all the rc gear in there, gas engine fitted, and it is ready to fly.. but... i'm scared!
Hey keith.....I wanna try that some day myself......looks like a blast
I have always wanted to try and build one of those
Y'all really should try it, it is great fun... Scary as hell when you are planning to take so much work into the sky, but hey, if it crashes then it is all the more motivation to build another one and fly better next time!
If it crashes to the ground.....don't call it an F-er.....K?
Silly Gumbastard! It's a Piper Cub, not a Fokker!

I have never flown a scale model before, only the cheapy ones for beginners. From what I can tell, the engine on this one will be ripping some air pretty well, and I don't want it to get out of control and have all that work wasted.
If it gets off the ground tomorrow, I'll be happy. If I get the cajones to actually take it for a lap or two around the field, then I'll be very happy. If it comes back to earth intact, I'll be ecstatic.
Wish me luck! Oh, and here are some pics of the handbuilt model in question...

ok time to be brutally honest.. what do guys think of women with tattoo's.
first thing that jumps into your head.. reason i ask is i'm getting my first one next week and was wondering what the general concensus is.. i am definately sure about doing it.
thought about it for years and it took me 6 months to find the design i wanted.
They can be very sexy... as long as they are done tastefully. The one you describe sounds like it is very symbolic to you, and will be attractive, I say go for it!

just got my mail order copy of crisis of conscience... got to chapter 2 in the first 20 mins!!!.
who else has read it, and what are your thoughts ???.
i've enjoyed it so far, and am glad to see how respectful ray franz was in his writing, with no 'outright attacks' on the wtbts.. bull!
It's a beautiful book mate... and yes, I agree that Franz has a great attitude and style of writing considering the content matter.

well, that's what happens when you get to hot-doggin' with a radio controlled plane not designed to withstand the forces of certain stunts... .
i was out with the kids, flying my aerobird rc plane (practicing for when i finish building my piper cub model) and had flown a good few laps of the field we were at, and wore down my first battery, so all i had left was the slightly more powerful one.
we put it in, and i decided to impress the kids with how high the thing could go.

I took it up to approximately 200 feet, and all was well, the kids were impressed. Then I got to wondering what use I could make of this height. Ahhh, a loop-de-loop! As the plane doesn't have a lot of throttle (enough to bring around a full loop), I throttled her to full, and pointed the plane downwards. It picked up a lot of speed, and started making this cool loud buzz as it was going so fast...
Then I lowered throttle and pulled back to start the loop.
Apparently I pulled back too hard. The stress on the cheapy wing was too much for it to handle, and it buckled about 125 feet up. It seemed like it was falling forever, as I watched the poor thing plummet 125 feet with it's wing doubled back on itself, spinning out of control to the hard ground below.
We ran over to the crash site, and found her laying there, battered and bruised. I actually think I'll be able to repair most of the damage, although I may need to buy a few replacement parts.
Anyway, just thought I'd share a story with you, and hopefully you will learn this lesson from me: know your (plane's) limits!

hearing once again about the tragic incident regarding the poor korean fellow, got me to thinking, and has me wondering why some people seem to be attracted to this type of news.
in just a little while, my sig.
other will be home, and the first thing he will do, as he has done in the other instances, is to search for the video playback of the execution.
Ohio, I understand your questioning, but it is not as simple or shallow as just wanting a few gory details.
I am sure you have seen me on the board, I guess I am a generally well rounded individual. But yes, I also find and watch these videos.
You see (I know this comment alone could start a riot and by some of those that miss my point will seem heartless), when all is said and done, it is only meat. What is truly sad is the fact that the person died, and that their family have lost a father / husband / brother, but the actual death is a mere instant. It comes, it goes, and is done, and what is left is only proteins etc that will decay after some time. This is the reason I guess it doesn't bother me to watch these things. It happens every day to the chicken that you put on your sandwich, or the cow on your burger, often in more brutal ways than these beheadings.
The reason I watch them though, isn't to get some sick buzz... it is to get the facts, plain and simple. We can hear of a beheading on the news, and think it sad and tragic (which it is), but until we see for ourselves what we are daily fighting against, then it just doesn't have the same effect. I personally find it helps me personalize it a little though, what if that were me / a member of my family.
Many people wouldn't understand, and I respect that... heck, I'm not even sure I fully understand why I find it interesting. But please don't assume that all who watch this kind of thing are sick, twisted individuals... we are merely fact finders.

mt sister recently asked me to go on a cruise but to get to the ship ( not sure which one yet ) we have to take a plane to get there.
no i am not really scared of the plane crashing ( well sorta ) but i have a fear of heights, who has this fear ?
i have never flown and the thought is making me sick.
Flying is the most amazing experience I have had... I have a fear of heights too, but that fear doesn't really translate when you are in a plane (strangely enough)... seriously, go for it, it really is awe inspiring.
