Here's something I came across that I use to help me fall asleep - it's called "sympathetic breathing". I will use this breathing technique while laying in bed and then stop after about 15 minutes and then stop and just "let go" and not try to do anything else. Next thing I know I'm waking up in the morning. You can download the free mp3 version of it from the provided link.

I totally understand why Michael Jackson took propofol
by Hortensia ini've had it a couple of times in the hospital.
it's amazing stuff, one second you're awake, the next second you're asleep.
they turn it off, and you immediately wake up.

From ArbolesdeArabia: Poppers I will one day upload my photos of riding in Fruita Colorada, Bryce Canyon, Sedonna, and the Kamakazee downhill ride Sierra Nevada Mountains (full gear, body armor and motocross helmet hitting speeds of 55mph while my brakes were burning!)
Yikes! I never made it past 44 mph, no body armour and not even a helmet (stupid me). Too many things can happen at high speed, and most of them are bad. Stay safe.

Are you sure you have not spoken to someone about Jehovah or the Bible for at least 15 minutes?

Next they'll say that if they are standing among "worldlies" and they are thinking about Jehovah they can put that down on their monthly report.

I am a cycler because my knees won't allow me to run or walk without pain, but I can cycle all day long. I love it.

I ride a road bike, a Specialized Roubaix full carbon fiber - I love it. In the summer I do a ride called TRAM (The Ride Across Minnesota) to help raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. It's a 5 day 300 mile ride, and each year we take a different route. Usually there are about 700 to 800 riders, so it's a lot of fun. They haul our camping gear from host city to host city, and all we have to do is ride. They take great care of us throughout the week providing biker support, rest stops with snacks and fluids, first aid, riding marshals, and SAG vans.
