Yahoo Answers has lots of JWs posting in the Religion section. Mostly it's cut and paste straight from JW.org. I have no doubt they are counting time doing this.

Make sure you don't drink it straight because it's much too strong and can burn the esophegus. I mix 1 Tbsp with 10 ounces of water, and that's still plenty strong. I've been taking it twice daily, and have noticed in addition to suppressing my appetite it keeps my sinuses clear. And rinse your mouth afterwards to help keep your tooth enamel intact. By the way, Heinz does make a raw unpastureized unfiltered version that has the "mother". However, they don't use organic apples like Bragg's does.

I've found it helps, but it also acts as an appetite suppressant; I've lost several pounds since using it. I'm consuming fewer calories because I'm just not as hungry as before. It's also supposed to lower one's blood sugar level, help detoxify the body, help relieve symptoms of gout, and a bunch of other stuff. It can be used topically for sunburn, in the rinse cycle of your laundry, washing your hair. What experiences have you had with it?

Terry, I'm so glad that you were able to get a new bike thanks to the good people on this site. Wish I could have helped in the effort. Bianchi is a great bike. Please get yourself a helmut if you don't already have one. Accidents happen in the blink of an eye at the most unexpected times, and a helmut is an ESSENTIAL piece of gear to protect yourself from head injuries. I cringe when I see people riding without one, especially kids. Four years ago I took a hard spill when 2 dogs ambushed me and one of them got under my front wheel. I went down hard and fractured my collar bone, but my helmut did its job, breaking its shell. That could have been my head. I didn't even realize it until days later when I took a close look at it. The other stuff isn't really necessary on short rides like you are taking, but a helmut is.
