  A question for my friends in the USA about cowboys.

  as a kid growing up in the uk we used to play 'cowboys and indians' and watch high chaparal and bonanza along with other cowboy films.

  later, in the 70's kung fu would be shown with caine going through the 'old west'.

  we even had a chocolate bar that was marketed with a 'cowboy' theme...milky bar.. as far as i know the 'wild west' as shown on tvdidn't actually exist.. are there people that believe it did?.

  Yeah, Deadwood is supposed to be quite accurate as far as depicting what the west was really like. You'll love it. I'm not familiar with Hell on Wheels; thanks for the tip keyser.

  i've found it helps, but it also acts as an appetite suppressant; i've lost several pounds since using it.

  i'm consuming fewer calories because i'm just not as hungry as before.

  "How often should you drink/ingest it ? once a day or more ?"

  I've been taking it twice a day, 1 tablespoon with 10 ounces of water. Once 1/2 hour before breakfast and once 1/2 hour before supper. I drink it from a straw to keep it away from my teeth to help protect tooth enamel. And then I swish my mouth with water afterwards. I take it as a digestive aid, but it definitely suppresses my appetite and I've lost weight. I think my skin looks better too. I've been using the Heinz brand from Walmart, which isn't processed so it still has the "mother", so shake the bottle before using it - $4.24 for a 32 oz. bottle. Don't get the cheap processed kind; you can tell it's processed because it's completely clear. Braggs uses organic apples so it is much more expensive.

  POP-UPS-----help !!

  please guys---how do i stop these damn pop up pages?.

  everytime i click on something---another page pops up---often blank.. .

  i'm running firefox and google chrome---with adblock plus on both.

  Make sure you don't drink it straight because it's much too strong and can burn the esophegus. I mix 1 Tbsp with 10 ounces of water, and that's still plenty strong. I've been taking it twice daily, and have noticed in addition to suppressing my appetite it keeps my sinuses clear. And rinse your mouth afterwards to help keep your tooth enamel intact. By the way, Heinz does make a raw unpastureized unfiltered version that has the "mother". However, they don't use organic apples like Bragg's does.

It's also supposed to lower one's blood sugar level, help detoxify the body, help relieve symptoms of gout, and a bunch of other stuff. It can be used topically for sunburn, in the rinse cycle of your laundry, washing your hair. What experiences have you had with it?
