Can't make link work?
here it is after midnight and i cannot sleep.
my boyfriend (of 2 years) is still hashing out custody issues in court with his ex.
bf does not have an attorney.
I guess i am a bit of a control freak and I like to know if I am coming or going with money/visitation issues, etc. I have to wait for this hearing and I am having a hard time doing so.
I'm a bit of a control freak too, so I know how you feel.
Fortunately I've never had to go through what you and your partner are going through. My heart goes out to you and wish you all the best. Just try and keep a cool head on your shoulders and play the game is all the advice I can offer.
Hope everything goes well and keep us posted an what happens.
Lehaa.
Hug them kids for me too.
...............except he's no longer an elder!
i knew he'ld been removed after my reinstatement (about 4 years ago) because he had expressed to dubs regret over the handling of my case, how i was treated, etc.
so the big elder (po) who wanted me silenced and set up the whole jc and witnesses, had little elder removed.
maybe flyers put on each car while that are at a meeting? What a great idea!!
Hey bliss, if you want help to do this I'll give you a hand. Anything to stop any more kids getting hurt by this paedophile.
i remember deliberately not telling people when i was growing up, and cringing when my mom made an effort to tell my teachers.
although i no longer hide it, there are still people i consider friends who do not know i grew up jw.
sometimes it?s just that the subject of religion does not come up often, and when it does, it would be weird to say something now after i?ve known someone for years and have never mentioned it.
Never told any one when I was a kid, never wanted to be teased.
As an adult I told people if it was relevent.
Now those who are helping me with this phase of my life know, but I don't tell any one now. I'm sure if i met someone who was involved some was with the Borg I would let them know.
when i was younger i was so enthralled with an abacus, i think now i might take up the challenge, .
very interesting read on japanese children.
any here ever learn about them?.
i do remember using one at school when I was a kid, my son uses one at school too.
Never used one lately.

Congratulations.
Sounds like a lot of work to me, I'm still too scared to go back to school. Big commitment. Good on you.
here is something that google is giving away... it is called picasa.
it does a great job of organizing all of the pics on your computer into chronological and topical order.
it also let's you use a few basic image editing tools such as red-eye reduction, cropping and enhancement.
Thanks for that elsewhere, I downloaded it and It's great.
Found pics i never knew i had.
last friday, a guy who has spent 20 years in jail for assaulting and raping a 60 y.o.
woman at knife point has been set free.
before this, he had assaulted and raped a young mother in her house, her children were in the house at the time.
Just remembered I got this email a while ago, interesting tips on how to defend yourself. I thought you might find them interesting.
Some common sense tips in here that are worthwhile.
Please take the time to read this. I know you are smart enough to know
these pointers but there will be some, where you will go "hmm I must
remember that".
1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body.
If you are close enough to use it, do!
2. Learned this from a tourist guide to New Orleans. If a robber asks for
your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.
THEN RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! ... chances are that the robber
will be more interested in your wallet and/or purse than you and he will go
for the wallet/purse.
3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail
lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The
driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.
4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping, eating,
working, etc., and just sit (doing their check book, or making a list, etc.
DON'T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the
perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to
your head, and tell you where to go. AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR,
LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE.
5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking
garage:
A.) Be aware: look around you, look into your car, at the passenger side
floor, and in the back seat. Also glance under the car, as people have
been know to hide there then grab your foot or leg when you come close.
B.) If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger
door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their
vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.
C.) Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the
passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car,
you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard/policeman
to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
(And better paranoid than dead)
6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. Stairwells are
horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).
7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS
RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; And
even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!
8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get
you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking,
well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting
women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into
his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.
9. Another Safety Point Fwd: Crying Baby Someone just told me that her
friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she
called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird. The
police told her "Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." The lady then said
that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was
worried that it would crawl to the street and get run over. The policeman
said, "We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the
door." He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby's cry
recorded and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone
dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it, but have had
several calls by women saying that they hear baby's cries outside their
doors when they're home alone at night. Please pass this on! and DO NOT
open the door for a crying baby.
This e-mail should probably be taken seriously because the Crying Baby
theory was mentioned on America's Most Wanted this past Saturday when they
profiled the serial killer in Louisiana.
Some of this applies to you in you situationsome may no but I thought I'd include them all. Im also really short to so i found some of theese really helpfull.
