  WTWizard, I like the Conspiracy Websites too. GLP, ATS and LOP are among the larger ones, and there is always good info there. Even though there is a lot of stuff that is pretty far out there, a lot of truth can be found, you just need to know how and where to look. A lot of people are starting to realize the importance of such sites.

  Mrs. J, I have always wanted to learn how to knit or crochet. I bet it is soothing to do, perhaps because of the repetition involved and is a good stress reliever. It would be neat to see some of your creations! Do you make your own sweaters? It would be cool to wear something and be able to say that you made it!

  I wish I could do MJ like I did when I was younger. Last time I tried was a few years ago, and I got the worst paranoia I have ever experienced, and I ended up with a panic attack that got so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn't stop crying. I haven't tried it since. I don't know why it would make me feel that way, because when I was young and did it, I really enjoyed it and it mellowed me out. Maybe my brain chemistry changed or something...

  Yes Tal, Love is one heck of a drug! Too bad that there sometimes seems to be a shortage in the world nowadays...I'm sorry that the Lyrica didn't work out well for you. I tried it too, and had to stop after just 3 doses as it made me feel like I had the flu. It is supposed to be really good for a lot of things including pain issues, but it just didn't work out. I am supposed to be taking a mood stabilizer on top of the Lexapro, but I never bothered to take it. I figured I would leave well enough alone until/unless things get worse, then maybe I will start taking it.

  Here is a website that discusses all different types of Antidepressants, Mood stabilizers, Tranquilizers, etc. It mixes humor with the info and is a good resource if there is a certain med that you want to know about.

  FSP, those sound like some pretty harsh side effects! I think that the hat coming off feeling is called "Brain Zaps" and occurs sometimes with those types of meds. especially when you are coming off of them. It is like a small electrical discharge. Effexor had that effect on me. It can be quite uncomfortable.

  FSP, I know what you mean about the weight gain. I have gained about 50 pounds in the past 5 years that I have been on Lexapro. No matter how much I diet or exercise the weight will not go away. Unfortunately the weight gain is a side effect for many different antidepressants and antianxiety medications. It is just one of those things that I have to deal with to keep sanity!!!

  I am sorry that the amitriptyline didn't work out well for you. It sounds like you had a rough time while you were taking it. It took several years and many different meds before I found one that actually worked well with the least side effects. Some of the ones I have tried had very bad side effects and there were times when I could not tell whether I was awake or asleep and dreaming. Many people give up because they can't find the one that is best for them that suits well and works. It takes a lot of trial and error sometimes before finding the right one, and there are so many to choose from nowadays!

  Lexapro helps me tremendously. I also get a prescription of Xanax from the Doctor, but I very rarely take them, maybe one or two a month. I now have over 400 stocked up from not taking them, and many months I don't even bother getting them refilled because I use them so rarely. I am thinking about doing an art project with them, maybe some type of mosaic made out of Xanax. The Lexapro works so well that my anxiety is kept to a minimum most days.

  I don't drink or do any illegal drugs at all, except for a glass of wine maybe 3-4 times a year. A lot of people think that alcohol helps with depression, but it has the opposite effect on people if they are depressed. I used to drink more, but it never really did anything for me so I quit. That was several years ago.

  Therapy has also helped, and I was going weekly until recently. I am going to try and see if I can get by without seeing him anymore. Hopefully between the Lexapro and the emotional support from my Partner as well as friends, I will be able to get by.

  Mr. Unthank has lost a lot of things, his home, his family, friends and his Father, all while dodging threats against him, yet he still presses on. He is a true Soldier, and I salute him for his valor and strength in doing everything he can to bring the Watchtower's misdeeds to light. Thanks to Mr. Unthank and others like him, many Children will benefit and will have a much better chance of being raised without the threat of abuse within the Watchtower Organization.

  My thoughts are with all who help in the good fight for what is right, and this includes the messengers who keep us updated in the progress that these Soldiers are making.
