  I Lost 80 Pounds in 8 Months

  i lost 80 pounds in 8 months on a low fat diet.

  i beilive the only true way to gain a heathy body is the old fashion method of eating less and moving more.

  if everyone would eat a well balanced diet and exercise regularly then there would not be such a huge market for diet ripe off programs.

  he is a very hyperactive and impulsive child (takes after his mom.

  I took Tae Kwon Do for about a year and I was in the best shape ever! If i had a child I would definitly encourage him/her to join a martial arts class,it developes self assurance, improves academic skills through concentration & discipline ,teaches children how to interact with others and teaches self-defense and control . BTW...you could join an adult class...might make you feel more secure..while waiting for the bus

  CC...I thought you were a toughy...with them steel toed boots and all.Oh ..I get it..when you take off the boots you get emotional.

  I think I'm bipolar..one minute I'm a crybaby next I'm tough as nails! If you don't like my mood wait a minute...it will change.

  I like Tanger....also Georgia O'Keefe and my whole house is done in Van Gogh.

  I also like these next two photographers,

  David Malin, mainly from plates taken with the telescopes of the Anglo-Australian Observatory. These pictures focus on stars and star-forming regions, globular clusters and the endless variety of galaxies. Other pictures, of star trails and constellations, were made with more modest equipment, both by David Malin and his associates David Miller and Akira Fujii.

  Las Vegas Child Abuse Press Conference - Update

  people, i just want to let you know that local las vegas tv is covering today's press conference.. i just got off the phone woth scott lucero at kvbc-tv nbc,1500 foremaster lane,las vegas, nv who indicated the crew is there.. satillite feed should be out around 4:00 pm pacific according to scott.. other than - i know little about today's event.. hawk.
