euripides....i thought that zabrieski point was already out on dvd...could've sworn i bought it a few years back, but maybe i'm thinking of the soundtrack.....i actually like the movie, as well as the music...la vallee, though, i could do without....haha

1) Who likes the Pink Floyd? they're okay, though my ex is one of the foremost authorities on the subject, so i got a little burnt out on them....

3) Which were their best years? definately their first ten
4) Who was your favorite member? syd barrett...i also enjoy his solo stuff

Strange day

it has been a wierd day.

i only slept about four hours last night - just wide awake.

this morning, the czarina and i went to dog training school.

i would tend to agree with jeannie....sounds like an anxiety attack or panic attacks...i get those under extreme stress or pressure and have had similiar experiences to what you are describing.....and if you are expecting a child and looking for a new job, those could be stress triggers...not all stress is bad...my husband recently got approved for a major surgery and i spent last weekend much like what you described..in a massive panic attack....perhaps the barking just was the last straw in your head....
try some natural remedies for sleep...and definately a massage or hot bath should help you try to relax....
hope you feel better and are able to get some sleep and relaxation....

there is a movie called "equilibrium" this movie is a prototype of being a jehovah's witness, in it there is a hierarchy that is a ruthless goverment and the spiritual source for all thought till a hero comes and awakens them.

this is a must see movie for all witness's.

i don't know, it just made me think of the witness's during all the time i was watching it.

it was a bit eerie the way that movie reminded me so of the wts.....plus, it's just a good movie with the wonderful soon-to-be-batman christian bale....

the last time i was at a meeting, i was struck by how many jws -- mostly women and pre-teenage kids were assiduously taking notes.

i mean, what is the point?

do they really believe the guy on the platform is saying anything that can't be found -- and reiterated -- dozens if not hundreds of times in their printed material?

funny blondie should mention shorthand....i actually used my notepads to practice shorthand...stopped taking actual 'notes' on the talks when i was about 12..

i do see the point of the company's invasion of their employee's personal life....which i am totally against...however, legal or not, cigarettes are not good for you...everyone knows this by now....there are more health risks associated with someone who smokes than with a non-smoker....and healthcare is expensive for small companies...i agree with undercover's comments about extreme sports, alcohol use, and the like...and, again, as a smoker i would throw a fit if my company were to do this....i'm just saying i understand..not that it's 'right' or 'wrong'...just that i understand where the owner of the company is coming from....

as a smoker i should be outraged, but it's his company and he gave them fair warning, and he offered to help anyone who wanted to quit....it's reminescent of a company having a no-drug policy...he's looking out for the best interests of his company...
