  My friend and co-worker dead.

  his name was robert thigpin and i worked with him for eight years (1990-1998).

  last night he killed himself.

  while we didn't always see things eye to eye, i could always count on him and he was a good co-worker.

  I feel awful for this guy's family. My husband dad hung himself when my husband was 3. He is 30 and still is dealing with the pain of it.

  Daughter Moving On From JW BF . . .

  my daughter has been accepting of my intervening in her relationship with an unbaptized jw.

  although still sad at times, she is determined to finish high school (this is her senior year) and go on to college.

  (carl, her x-boyfriend, is a hs drop out and aspires to get a job at guitar center and eventually get certified for smog inspecting automobiles.

  Tornado Outside My Window

  about 15 minutes ago irreverent comes down and tells me to look outside the window.

  there we see a twister snaking down to the field behind us.

  i grabbed our important papers and grabbed the phone and ran into the laundry room in the basement.

  How eerie is that. I would be so excited/scared to see a tornado like that. We don't get many in Orlando, but in Kansas City we had quite a few. We never heard any sirens either...even if they were later reported very close to home. I wonder if they ever really do use the sirens or just like to test them now and then.

  i had just thought briefly, that if american soldiers are to receive court martial, or some kind of discipline for (smiling) or giving the (thumbs up) over the deaths of iraq prisoners and victims--then perhaps jehovah's witnesses who give the very same (smiles) and approval of death victims, should likewise be disciplined as well.. look at these similarities.

  I am a "born again Christian." I have sent the JW's away, and they do believe that I will not survive armegedeon. I told them about my past bible experiences (I don't consider myself a part of a religion, but I do believe that the bible shows us the proper way to live and is God's word). They don't believe I know the truth.

  i had a funny experience the other day.

  i went out with a girl who was into astrology, i personally don't give that sort of thing much credence.

  but as she got to know me, she kept on getting a more and more surprised look on her face.

  I have recentlly met someone from Australia who is like my personnality twin. We agree on nearly every subject imaginable. We also respond the same way to comments. It is very interesting to me that some one who was raised on the other side of the world can have so much in common with me...it is kind of eerie talking to her sometimes. I just feel like I have known her forever. My husband kids that we were separated at birth.

  AOL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  i am just getting online since yesterday afternoon.

  i have talked to 3 different teck people and the last one is the one who helped... i have an appiontment to get roadrunner tomorrow!.

  It suckst he BIG ONE!!! I canceled my AOL account and they still withdrew money for 3 months...I was so ticked off. I do believe that RR is affiliated with AOL, though....but I am having better luck with them.
