Movies I'm Watching
by ILoveTTATT2 ini have, for about 6 months now, been trying to watch every single movie that was "cool" or interesting since 1960.it started out with a desire to watch as an adult all disney movies.
then it morphed into all bond movies (except for the non-canonicals).now it's turned into pretty much any and all movies.
here is my list, scratched out are ones i have seen, green are recent next-in line.turns out there was a lot i had never seen before, about 70% because of the cult restrictions!

Did you know that J.F. Rutherford was part of the Knights of Pythias? There's PROOF for this!

Your moving the posts is getting ridiculous.
It's been proven beyond your unreasonable doubt that it was Joseph Franklin Rutherford.
First, you assert baselessly that it's John F. Rutherford. That's disproven.
Then you want proof that J.F. Rutherford appeared often (and what is your definition of often?) in the Boonville Advertiser.
Then you want reasons as to why his involvement in a fraternal organization that is similar to the Masons should be included in his life. You (or apparently someone who thinks like you) remove a very short sentence in his Wikipedia article, even though it appears in his pre-WT years section.
It might not be notable enough for his article, but it is notable enough for the Knights of Pythias article, in the "see other" section. Certainly a member who became the leader of a religious group is notable enough.
Let's see what other ridiculous thing you say next.
As to others who would like to know more history of the KoP:
http://www.phoenixmasonry.org/masonicmuseum/fraternalism/knights_of_pythias.htmJustus Henry Rathbone was a man of many talents. He was well educated, a schoolteacher, an accomplished musician and occasional playwright, a Royal Arch Mason and a member of the Improved Order of Red Men. He spent the Civil War years in the United States Hospital Service where he worked as a Citizen Nurse and Hospital Steward. His last assignment was in Washington, D.C. and following the War, he secured the first of several Government jobs. Harry Rathbone didn’t know it but he was about to launch the most incredibly successful fraternal order in human history. The Knights of Pythias exploded into being in 1864 and continued to roar all through the remainder of the Nineteenth Century. In barely thirty years, it had half a million members and had joined the ranks of the Odd Fellows and Masons in popularity. Their Uniformed Rank inspired numerous others. At the turn of the Twentieth Century, It was in to be a Pythian.

Thank you for this. I think this is good enough. Putting it on Wikipedia. With the caveat that it is unknown if J.F. Rutherford continued being a member after he became a Bible Student.

No Hitchcock movies?
I might include some, but my list started in 1970... with very few exceptions. -

Jeffro
slimboyfat:
The Boonville Advertiser mentioned Joseph Rutherford often.
For example?Previous post of mine:
It is most likely him.
Here's another time where he appeared in the same newspaper.

I should add:
This list doesn't include films that I had already watched... therefore, the reason why there's no Bourne films.
I've watched them. All. As a witness!
About the foreign language films... good point. I'll check out the ones you say. -

Hi Blondie, almost everything post 2016 is safe to say I've seen it, hence it's not on the list.
haha
LoveUniHateExams,I enjoyed Alien quite a bit, yes. Definitely watching all of the series.
But the thing is, I got tired of watching all movies in the list in a sequence. i.e. if there were 10 cool movies that I hadn't seen in 1982, I'd be stuck watching a lot of 1982 movies.
So right now I am seeing one movie per year, i.e. Passion of the Christ 2004 then Brokeback Mountain 2005... until I hit 2016 and then back to the 70's with Clockwork Orange...
So I'l get there... soon!! -
