anyone have experience selling on ebay?.
i recently started learning about it and bought a brand new total gym (the infomercial by chuck norris and christy brinkley).
it sells for $1,495.00 if you call the infomercial number.
I love ebay for buying and selling! My concern with the encyclopedia would be the shipping it's pretty heavy right? You can lose your A$$ on shipping if your not carefull! I stopped selling video games because if I sold a game for less than 2.75 and charged 5 shipping I lost money! Not including what I had PAID for the game!...
I don't sell much anymore mostly just buy... I do have a nice little David Clark headset sitting here on the desk that I've been thinking of selling though...

i was thinking about printing up sheets of self adhesive labels to carry for when i see a wt or wake in some public place something small like a 1.25x 2.75 avery address label i could carry three folded back to back in my wallet and they would take up about the same as a business card then when i see wbts publications i could "witness" to the unsuspecting public... .
i was thinking something like this group shields child molesters and lies about their beliefs check it out at www.jehovahs-witnesses.com or silent lambs.... anyway i was looking for some ideas.
it needs to be hard hitting but short just one or two sentences with a web address or two max... maybe even two or three different labels one on child abuse one on blood one on bullshit prophecy (maybe with a reference to deut 18:22) maybe we could work up some sheets in a word document and post it where it will always be easily accessable and everyone could do it!.
I do write stuff on them now but unless you use a marker it can be hard to see I was thinking a lable stuck dead center on the front would be the best eye catcher but "ceritified cult material" isn't going to sway anyone! In fact it might make someone curious!
I don't want this to become a time consuming crusade either I just want it to be easy if it's easy I'll do it if its a pain in the a$$ i'm just inclined to let it slide! I work in an area where we get TONS of mags and books and to write all this out on every one is a real pain! Plus is someone sees me and complains I could get in trouble so I need; quick, easy, effective...
upon arriving i ran into lots of old friends and really enjoyed seeing everyone and visiting.

df'd ones are asked to sit in the back row at the hall.
although i was never df'd, i always sat in the back because i felt more comfortable back there.
i never did participate much anyways so i sat in the last row or before last.
I attended three different halls during my witness "career" first in NY state then in Jacksonville fl seems to be fairly universal that the front few rows are always empty! The Avondale cong in jax was the last I attended and they had all the rows full but only because it was so crowded!
Last time I went to a meeting in Watkins a new prick elder and his family had moved into the hall and they had pretty much taken over the front row so that row was full then three or four empty then the huddled mass of maybe 40-50 pubs then 20 empty rows then two or three full back rows... it was sort of sureal to me I mean it was very very bizarre... Of course that hall was fairly F*cked up anyway... I do miss one of the chicks though! God she's a hot little nympho!

Not to be a jerk but in wrestling this guy is going to have an unfair advantage... He's going to have massive upper body strength and no loss of balance with no legs! The reality of wrestling is that it's all about leverage! How do you lever off of someone with no legs? He wraps his arms around your waist and your trying to hook his leg with your ankle to pop him off and... he has no leg therefore there is no lever therefore you can't get him off... Also he may weight 103lbs but its much more concentrated his torso should be in the 140-160lbs range these little 103lbers arent' going to be able to physicaly lift him off!
Hate to say it but it's unfair and he shouldn't be allowed to wrestle....
and if you are do you care to tell why you are disfellowshipped?

ok, i've been staring at post after post for hours, done weeks of digging on the web, without speaking to a soul.
i figure everyone had to start somewhere, so i just decided to throw it out.. i only recently came out of my "lockdown" phase (where you don't even speak about your feelings about "the truth") and have just started looking around.
i know you guys can see my profile, etc, but i had to post this and just ask for some direction.
I would say that before you can "rebuild" you, you need to find you! So many of us subjugated our interest and feelings to the borg for so long that we don't even know who we are, much less what we want out of life... Some sign up for classes at universities or colleges, some check out other churches some take up hobbies and sports...
What you don't hear about (or at least often) is the person who drops out of classes due to depression or lack of interest or the person that joins another religion thats only another cult in "sheeps clothing" or the people that get very into drugs and alcohol...
Take it slow, make sure that your doing what you WANT to do not just having a reaction to freedom! If you want to go back to school/church/bar/cricket team/etc... make sure that you go for what you WANT and make sure that your reasons are genuine! Never be afraid of self evaluation! You've already done the largest most painfull self check that (hopefully) you ever will so from here out it should be easier!
Is your wife joining you on this quest? I understand that can make it easier!
