OB, I see your point of view, and respect it. I myself, have chosen to have sex before getting married. It has cause many problems for my girlfriend and I. Aside from it feeling amazing (for both of us i hope ) It also presented a couple problems regarding pregnancy. She is VERY VERY VERYYYYYY Pro life. The type of pro lifer who carries around a folder of pictures of aborted fetus's, just to try and make pro choicers feel bad. The first few times we had sex, she was on the pill. We tried condoms, but she didnt like the way they felt, and i could bearly feel a thing, so we ditched that idea. She went on Depo. A birthcontrol that stops the egg from coming out. Stopping her period, and 99.9% of her getting pregnant. One shot of Depo lasted 3 months. Bad side? Of course there is! Major weight gain. She has fought it off for thepast 3 months, and im not letting her go on it again, because she doesnt like it.
We've had preganancy scares, where she took an ECP, and cried for hours about it, even though it was her choice. We've had spotting, (instead of one, one week period, its small spots of blood, at random points in the month.) But to this point, she isnt pregnant.
Teenage sex is very ...different. Scary almost. Needless to say, you chose a wise path, with the waiting thing. Physical satisfaction, is not on par with maturity..or something, i dont know, i just got off work.

Personally, I am not a woman (obviously), so I am pro choice. I dont think its right to have abortions, but i am in NO place to know what the mother is thinking about, or worrying about. I dont think it would be right to enforce pro-life. If you can't trust a mother with a choice, how can you trust her with a baby?
according to dubdom, what are you?
i am a lame weakass lamb who goes on apostate websites who faded.
in the real world i am free from mind control.
inactive....hahahaha
where to start...hmmm.
in high school i took marketing and business management for 2 years, and was in the top of my class.
i didnt like how slow the whole process was moving, so i decided to leave high school early (ged), and pursue college courses.

you know how there's always someone there, in the back of your mind--even, that you'd just love to tell off.
what would you like to say????

My girlfriends father....he acts so high and freakin' mighty. What a hypocrit...has over 100 "r" rated movies up stairs, but wont let his children watch them because he doesnt want them to. Had a pregnancy scare with his wife before they were married, and tells us not to have sex, and that they didnt have sex...ohmygod....*twitch*

Honestly? I took it in high school, and was one of the only topics that I actually looked FOWARD to going to each day...I figure a job in a subject I love, has gotta bring me some joy and the ability to support a family right?

In high school I took Marketing and Business Management for 2 years, and was in the top of my class. I didnt like how slow the whole process was moving, so i decided to leave high school early (GED), and pursue college courses. I enrolled at the local Community College, Portland Community College. At this time, I was still just 16 years old, and jobless. As a result, I quickly ran out of money to pay for college. Currently, I am 17 years old (18 on the 27th of June) and working full time as an apartment mangement staff member. Currently, I make about $1000 a month, and have to pay $525 in rent. As a result, budget is tight, and times are tough. Instead of electing to take another job, I have decided to pursue further, my higher education. I am enrolled in PCC for the Winter term. However, I am unsure where to begin. What type of things should I consider when making a descion to go into Marketing?
Job possibilities?
Income?
Job Security?
Education required?
Any advice is good advice!
i love my girlfriend with all my heart and soul, but her family is very patriotic.
i see it rubbing off on her, i see her friends rubbing off on her.
the problem is, growing up in a witness household, patriotism was downplayed.
Thanks everyone. She is finally starting to see my PoV on this matter, thanks to everyone's avice on how to explain it.
She just came from a very military backround. Father is career military, brother is joining the marines. Very 'CHRISTIAN', and VERY patriotic.
"You enjoy the freedom, but dont want to fight for it huh Sam?" -Girlfriend's father.
