  people who profess belief in the god of the bible refer to him as the "creator".

  thus, they believe that god is responsible for all forms of life here on the earth and in heaven.

  the thought of even one living thing as being the creation of any person other than god himself would no doubt be a completely foreign thought to the average bible-believer.

  Suicide.... how do you view people who "attempt" it?

  anybody who has read my other recent posts...... don't worry, this is absolutely not about me feeling that way... i'm very happy, thanks..... .

  my roommate, however, had a friend who committed suicide a couple of weeks ago and she just broke up with her boyfriend and he was saying things similar to what the guy who committed suicide awhile back was saying just before he took his life.

  it is freaking her out.

  With the utmost respect. If they have the balls to attempt it, then things must be unbearable on a level that i can not understand. In my mind, that deserves some respect.

  i don?t remember where i came across the following information, but i thought it would be useful to many x-jw?s who are having a hard time of it when it comes to custody and visitation of their precious children still inside the organization because of the jw parent.

  i am searching hard and long and high and low for more resources to help those in our situation, and rest assured that more and more former jw?s will be victorious over the watchtower bible & tract society?s control of our children.

  Im thinking of snagging a shirt that says "Apostate!!!!" on the back of it. Then I would walk into a kingdom hall, and put my back aginst the wall. People come by and say Hi and what not. Then when the meeting starts...walk up to the front..everyone seeing "APOSTATE!!!!" on the back of the shirt.

  Suddenly everyone is ashamed...and another 15 dollars and four hours well spent....

  Anyone with me?

  Got To Toughen Up These Cats Of Mine..

  yes, from now on the cat flap remains on exit only between 8.30 - 4.30 pm, every day.. george & poppy have become spoilt, lazy, hair distributing, under your feet, pain in the ass puddy cats.. it all started with me taking a few weeks convalescence.

  the house has been kept warm, i've been around to feed the little buggers on demand and they've taken me for a ride.

  they even get pissy when i throw them off the couch now when i want to put me feet up to watch the telly.

  Hahaha, thats why i have an indoor only cat. Sometimes she gets a little psycho...but its a 2 bedroom apartment...sometimes I get a little psycho, lol
