hey all, i just took some "after" pictures today and need to share with my friends.

as some of you know, i lost a bit of weight recently.

(by eating less, eating better and exersizing - it actually works sometimes!)..

I every picture you have! You have such a beautiful face! and Now you look HOT not because you lost all the weight but the fact you look so Happy!!!!

I am so proud of you! After seeing that I worked out! LOL! I am too going through a weight loss! I have lost 30 pounds(thanks to having 2 kids in 2 years) and I want to loose more weight. Seeing the pictures made me feel that I can do it too! I know what I have to do. Eating right and Working out? Who knew that could help you loose Weight! At least you don't have to say "Trim Spa Baby!"

Why did we become JW?

i was brought up in the 'truth' for many years until i was 20 or thereabouts and now being on the outside looking in i see not only jw's for what they really are but i believe i see religion for what it really is too.. consider this point, and this reminds me of a song written by alanis morrisette entitled, forgiven which is a pretty cool stab at religion itself if you read the lyrics closely...one part of the lyrics is 'we all had our reasons to be there'.

if you came into the truth, consider the reasons why, what were the circumstances of your life...were you searching for something.

even if they were brought up in it...consider the reasons why their parents started to believe.
