my sister just called me........ my aunt is in town - so my sister, my aunt(queen b&tch) and my grandmother would like to see me for lunch.. well this is odd, i only get invited when some dies or get married.

Well anyway, little do they know "Little Brookie" is just as much as a B&tch as they are. Yet, I am not intimidated of them anymore and I know how to stand up for myself.
I will go in nice and act normal. However, they start making comments of my spirituality??? I am going to let them all have it. This could get ugly!

I know how you feel, I remember the day my little dog Cubby when he died. I still can't talk about it, even after 10 years it is still too hard.
Once, I tried to tell my husband, but I couldn't explain what happened with out crying.

i think as the prices of gas, health care, housing and other things continue to rise, the jw without a great education will struggle to put much in the contribution box.
it got me to thinking, how much did my family put in the contribution box at the kingdom hall.
this is what i estimate for the final 5 years i went 1994-1999.... $10.00 per week for about 5 years.

It was usually at Assembly's, drop in 500-2,000 each time. Ridiculous I must say, I am sure it was just for show.
I probably spent a good 2,000 of my own cash, like paying god off for the weekend events. lol

I was in Chicago(downtown), I went to a restaurant that was one my Grandfathers favorite restaurants. I actually took Buttlight there. Anyway, I was a little tipsy(go figure right?) as we were being seated. I accidentally fell upon Keanu Reeves. I apologized and we all laughed about it, then one of his PR(s) or friends asked if I would like a autograph. I am sure they thought I did it on purpose and that was my way of running into him. I took off my sun glasses, look right into his face and said "No, its Keanu Reeves!" I thought they were all going to die laughing. I didn't know who it was until I took off my sun glasses.
