  back in june, a good friend of mine fianc'e asked if i would be a bridesmaid in their upcoming wedding on dec 30th.

  "of course i would love to" i proclaimed - plus i said i would volunteer my services to the flower arrangements.. my brother calls me up today saying - "so are you going to the bear game?

  The bears will lose anyway so it's best not to watch the game.

  Beautifulisfree...Funny you say that. They're playing the Packers that day.

  I'll go to the wedding, its fine. However, I wouldn't be that sad if the wedding the cancelled or the groom didn't show up. If that does happen, I'll be in a bridesmaid dress at the game.

  Side note to Beautifulisfree....Shall we plan a football party this year? I'll host it @ Buttlight's house...lol

  Back in June, a good friend of mine fianc'e asked if I would be a bridesmaid in their upcoming wedding on Dec 30th. "Of course I would love to" I proclaimed - plus I said I would volunteer my services to the flower arrangements.

  My brother calls me up today saying - "So are you going to the Bear game?" I said "Hell yeah, you think I would miss it?" "OK, the game is on Dec 31st and we'll be leaving the day before to Chicago and party" my brother said. I then remembered I committed to a wedding. Now I am pissed off. Seriously, I would rather go to a football game dead of winter and freeze my arse off and cheer on the Bears than stand up and looking all fabulous in a wedding.

  Do I need help? Is there a 12 step program for a sports addict? Should I tell them to postpone the wedding?(lol)

  Since my Cubs suck this year(as every year) all I have now is my Bears. 3-0 thank you very much..... woe is me. We have had this planned since last year and I totally forgot the date.

  Whats your worst household chore.........?

  ......................mine has got to be the weekly grocery shop....................oh how i dread and hate it.

  i used to think it was the ironing but id rather do a ton of ironing if i didnt have to shop.. its so boring, same food week in week out.................loading it onto the conveyer belt, packing it putting it in the car.........taking it out of the car...........putting it into cupboards then saying " what shall i cook for dinner?

  " but by then i just can face the food.. so whats yours?, mowing the lawn and cleaning the car are included .

  I love to clean - I am with Krissy, it's a huge stress reliever. I am always cleaning, I feel like "Monica" on "Friends" TV show. I even go to my brothers house with a bucket and cleaning supplies and spend hours scrubbing.

  One thing I could do with out is dusting, I have wooden blinds and plantation shutters all over this house, It's never ending.

  i apparently turn on fast food employees so much so that i get free food frequently.

  today i went to fazoli's to get food for myself and 2 co-workers.

  the guy at the drive thru window thought i was hot and gave me all my food for free - no joke!

  Calico - I understand with what you are saying. You're not using them, you said you would pay for the meal repeatedly, however he demanded for you to take the meal on the house.

  It's happened to me as well - I get free drinks too! I usually buy them a drink after they purchase mine.

  Some people don't understand the humor in this post, you had a great compliment thrown your way, and it made you feel good to know you still got it. It was cute the fact you were totally surprised and shocked about him thinking you were attractive. I feel the same way - I always think there is something on my face when men stare at me........lol.

  Don't worry about what others think. A guy once said to me "When you look good, you feel good."

  Finally going to the Dr...........

  as some of you know about my aneurysm(leg area) last year - well after much persuasion and basically getting my arse thrown into a vehicle i am going for my check up.

  i was supposed to go in jan(oops).

  undergoing 3 surgeries and being told i am going to die left and right scared me of going back.

  You should go and sort out the problem, they usually put in a graft in the affected area to strengthen the artery walls. It doesn't sound like major surgery to me. Fortunately it is not in the brain.

  Well, I know a little more about the artery than the average person. I had my major surgery Oct of last year which lasted almost 7 hours. Long story short - I had a rare type of case. It was called a P5 which meant my artery wrapped around my bone, causing me to slow down. I had it checked and the 1st doctor created a aneurysm and a hole near my ankle area. He said the aneurysm would go away. Yeah, that's when I got my 2nd opinion. Anyway, my Doctor appointment went ok. My leg will never be normal, I have to accept the fact my mind wants to do more then my body will allow me. Now have to get that heart murmur they keep telling me I have checked out. Can't one take a rest from Doctors? Brookie

I was supposed to go in Jan(oops). Undergoing 3 surgeries and being told I am going to die left and right scared me of going back. I called the Dr in Jan telling him that I was going to pass on the appointment - my exact words were "I don't want to know when I am going to die, I would rather just die with out that knowledge, thanks anyway".

  I didn't make the appointment and I am going against my will....lol - they might have to drag me in.

  I used to read that to my older sister - she wasn't blessed like me...lol
