He is a young, rude, brainwashed, prat with little respect for others. He asks, then refuses to hear. (and yet I allowed him under my skin)

DefD. My dad is dying of kidney failure. His mind is gone from alzheimers. My mom is totally beside herself because her entire life - their entire life - was centered around this Paradise Earth of yours being fulfilled within their generation. They were born in 1917 - 88 years old next month. At least.... at least.... they were not fool enough to not put money aside for retirement so that they didn't entirely have to rely upon the evil government and social security.

The JW doctrine you have chosen to follow had destroyed the dreams, and hopes, and lives of hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of people. And you treat Granny Mouthy with disrespect.

YOU are the one that brought it up. Your question is a source of pain and anger with many of us. Now take the answers with grace, or shove off. (and I am being polite and doing my best not to cuss you out - with words I learned from my dad who was an elder and PO for many many years).

Lady Lee, have you seen the movie Triplets of Bellville? It's animated and oh so funny. The music is awesome, and it won a couple of academy awards.

Ummm I also love frog's legs and they are so easy to cook

It's been so long! And I've always cooked them myself - saute'd in butter with just a tiny bit of garlic.

I haven't tried cat food yet

Ha! If I don't like the smell or taste of the catfood I feed my "family" I refuse to serve it!. Having a cat with diabetes I also read the labels to make sure he, and all of them, are getting good nutrician!

What do I like?

Food. Except for escargot, I haven't found anything I truly dislike. Oh yeah, brussel sprouts too.

Now for a food fix it's either chocolate, or a McDonalds double cheese burger.

For a cheap sweets fix, a bag of mini marshmallows.

i am primarily posting this to barbara anderson, but obviously everyone is welcome to correct or comment on my remarks as they see fit.

mrs. anderson, i realize that trying to cover all bases in your pending russell bio would be impossible, but i do hope that you will be able to include a section on the first president of the watch tower society, william h. conley.

i hope that you have had a chance to research conley with some degree of thoroughness, so as to dispel some of the half-truths that some bible students and jws try to promote (such as that conley's age and health caused his inactivity with russell after 1881).
