You said, she IS a terrorist right.
Secondly she KNOWS where the explosives are right.
She is obviously involved in the conspiracy.
She has broken several felony's already, she has lost her HUMAN rights as i see it without doubt.
This being the case that she has NO rights, do with her as you please with the view of public safety.
I cant see how anyone could disagree.
BUT, if she was only suspected of the above, well you must act within the rights she has in that domain, but even then if it was me i would do what it takes to get this info out of her, certainly not withstanding torture.
Sheez, imagine your family and kids were blown up by it , and you found out that you ( as in the security guy or cop ) had her there but couldnt justify the means of extracting that info from her out of fear that you would betray her rights or that you were a soft cock, Imagine that. That would be infinately more criminal.
That security guy or cop should change proffesions if you cant deal with that.
Sorry, but what a stupid question this is.
As a parallel i would say that if your son got kidnapped, and you had the DEFINITE kidnapper there with you, and you had say 1 hour to get the location of her before the kid dies, would you torture her for that info ?
Damb i would START by ripping rusted barbwire out of her orefices and then slowly get to the nastier stuff.

Mrs Bathory : well the kids are asleep, ill be finished cleaning out the other room in about 5 minutes. If you want, yeh. Light that new candle, that one with the sensual aroma, and crack open that bottle of Mad Fish shiraz you've been saving, we'll do it out here cause the big kids sleeping in our bed tonight so get the doona and a few pillows, make sure you get the pillow i like and that other big chunky one for added support cause last time we didnt have that one and it wasnt ideal. Oh and whilst i have a shower could you organise the usuall stuff out there on the floor so we can reach it easier after the fore play, but not so it rolls under the lounge if you try and grab it and dont get it properly. Ohh i have to have a shower bathory my shoulders are throbing and im so so tired, maybe i gotta sleep, im up first thing tomorow and its gona be a big day........

It went on a little bit longer, until i just reminded the lovely lady that i had to race to the office to pick something up anyhow that i forgot, real important for tomorow, first thing. So i stuck a Cafe Crema in my mouth and sped off for a fast fast drive and smoked my cigar with the company of 6 roaring cylinders and the best of the 80's and 90's R&B classics to entertain my confused mind.
Funny, i think my id has fallen practically in love with my super ego, the conspiring bastards, i knew they were up to no good when they made me stop bringing home flowers !!!
BTW, has anyone been unfortunate enough to have seen the movie " the sweetest thing" ??
I wish i had the time to express my disgust for that PATHETIC crap, poo, pee, vomit movie.
There should be a law, no really, it was beyond bad and embarasing.
Seriously does anyone know of any cases where the movie goer has sued the producer for making such trash ??
I would even consider if it be possible, to sue the actors as well ??

i know you're all tempted to say all of them, but some beliefs if the facts were true, would be logical.. which ones that are supposed to be a logical consequence of a true fact are in fact not logical whether the fact is true or not?.
for an example of logical belief based on untrue or unprovable fact , if god created adam and all humans came from him,(supposed fact) he could pass on defects in his genes to all humans and we could all be "imperfect".this we could call logical.. a watchtower belief that lacks logic is for example jw's who go through armageddon or die and are ressurected to earth are not perfect but still have another test to go through, yet those who die and that go to heaven are perfect straight away and require no further testing.. so which teachings are based on beliefs that are not true and which ones are just not logical?

As farkel also said, he has debated here and a lot on H20 esp with the great AlanF ( where the hell is Al these days ?? ), and he is capable of intelegent conversation on the highest levels.

Ok, my point regarding this issue and jim's comment, is that as you have mistaken already ( by an association fallacy ), the is a presumably 'TRUE' God, and then there is the WT interpretation of him.
Unless anyone is athiest, we believe a 'True' God does exist, and takes whatever form we believe in, beit loving / forgiving or evil / vindictive etc. The WT presume this 'True' god to be the way they do, which most if not all of us disagree with ( incl myself ).
Now i imply that why should good people like Jim ( and yourself, viz: your above comment ) implicate the 'true' god jehovah with the Wt model of him?
Regarding Jim's opinion, it would mean to me that within the duration of his association within the WT, he has failed to evaluate his own concept of the diety he presumes to worship.
Now that is no ones fault but his own.
And by doing this, he ( and most here that lend themselves to similar dispositions )has regrettably denied himself of the true grace of jehovah, a real charm that one can only feel when one searchs and is receptive to his energy.
Forget knowledge, i am refering to the natural spirit that is avaliable for those that are willing to tap into it. Therein lies any necessary knowledge one may require.
It is harmonious with ones congenital makeup. It is the only thing that is ' true ' in this world.
It disregards reason as much as it supersedes it with enlightenment that is undisputed, which then can mature into many other enchatments.

I dont personally know of this god, as you explain him above, short of saying that i know that most in the borg do know him as such. Not due to its offensive content, but to display such lack of respect for ANYONES model of a supreme deity, especially considering he is such a bright and astute man, whom we all admire, that bitter hatred just shocked me deep ! I couldnt see its neccessity really, even given the scope of his introspection.
If it was directed toward the members of the borg, it could have been discounted as a mans opinion, based on his individual sagacity with the system, but to a god he obviously hasnt come to comprehend ??
Shame jim ol' boy, 'twould be advantageous IMO to move on and learn from your experiences, and help others appreciate your important and valid insight without the distraction of your (hopefully) transient animosity.
